William Kasper, MD: SightMD NY -- Garden City, New York

Visiting sight md.. Dr. Kasper is a great doctor. I would like to give( star, but..... But wait is long after initial eye exam.. while waiting, I think they forgot about their patient in waiting room... no communication from no one. You do know what is going on .. so I wish they have their addis come and say something.. to waiting patiently for a looong time.

Dr Kasper is very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew right away what I had. I followed his instructions and my eye i fection was gone. The only complaint I have is the wait, which can be more than 40 min other than that, Im very happy with the care and diagnosis.thank you

I've been coming here for years and today was by far the worst. This office is usually always running behind by at least 30 mins or more but today I had to wait TWO HOURS after my appointment time to be seen! When I initially checked in, I wasn't give any warning of how far behind schedule they were. If I was given a heads up, I would've been a little more understanding and it would've gotten my mind right on just how long I'd be waiting. I had to follow up three times with staff to get an ETA on the wait time which seemed to light a fire under them to make sure I was seen. This is frustrating for a number of reasons: 1. Like many others i had to take time off from work for a few hours to go to an appointment. This is extremely inconvenient and could potentially put my jobs at jeopardy when I'm offline for longer than expected. 2. The parking in the Garden City area has a limited of two hours, so if you go over that time you WILL get a ticket 3. Finally, it is quite disrespectful to the customers to have them wait every single time they come for an appointment once a year. I'm not sure I can stay any longer at this location.

The initial wait was a little long. All the staff were very helpful and patient. Dr Kasper was very thorough and explained everything he did.

Dr. Kasper is the best. Very professional. Takes his time and does a thorough exam. We have been patients of his for many years

Charlene was so pleasant I wish every office had a Charlene Kudos to her for her patience and informative response her personality made me smile and forget I was in pain thank you Charlene..Dr.Kasper there's no words to describe your gentle voice and touch holding my painful eye ball open while explaining to me before and after during your examination of my eyes. Thank you. Again thank you for also saving my grandson a few years back who is autistic his eyes were so bad and you were the one Doctor who caught it after visiting many others. Today he's a high school graduate and doing well of course with glasses!!!

Dr. Kasper is wonderful. He's personable, thorough & doesn't rush you. I highly recommend him.

This was my first time as a patient with Dr Casper but my daughter has been his patient for several years. He's always welcoming, patient, and thorough. The overall experience from the check in until the checkout was outstanding!
