Very disappointed to get a phone call from her office that they are canceling my teenagers's appointments with Dr. T. because she no longer sees patients under 16, even though they are existing patients. No referral, no explanation, no exceptions. Completely leaving us high and dry with no follow through. Our family of 5 will all find another Dr, not just our teenagers.
Would not recommend this office.

Doctor is fine but I have left multiple voicemails with no call back. When I finally was able to make an appointment, they cancelled on me the day of because of an outage, saying they would call back to reschedule. I received no call back and have left multiple voicemails since then, again no call back. I am done with this practice.

I like Dr. Tostinoski but I'm absolutley shocked at the Hawthorne office. I had eye problems on July 25, 2024 at 9:30. I started calling the clinic Thursday, Friday., Monday and today, Tuesday and have left many messages and not one of them has been returned. I'm leaving Hudson Valley Eye Associates for such terrible and shoddy care for one of their long time patients.
