Nice spot that takes insurance. Pretty large, quiet, clean. The office staff were very nice. I didn't have to wait long for my eye exam, maybe 5-10 minutes. I didn't find a pair of frames that I liked there, but they do have a pretty good selection

I called asking if they could email my recent subscription to me but they couldn't because they don't have a firewall. You can either pick it up in person or fax it to me. Just a heads-up, faxing is a bit old-fashioned, so it might be a good idea to switch to something more up-to-date and fast.

One of the pair of glasses is of poor quality and despite repeated refittings, won't stay up on my nose. The sides stretch out within a week unlike my other FOUR pairs of glasses. Obviously, this is an issue with poor quality frames. The second pair purchased at the same time are fine.

I, Sharyn Laedlein, was the customer who needed an exam for contact.i I felt the exam was thorough which resulted in my ordering new contacts. I was quite satisfied with the exam both with the female employee(I can't remember her name)and the exam with the eye doctor. I am quite satisfied.

I HIGHLY suggest you to NOT visit this store. 1) Price discrepancy between store and online website. I found out that the glasses with the same frame and lens package was $25 cheaper online for some reason. 2) Improper glasses fitting. Retail staff will attempt to fit your glasses but they clearly have no experience and will do a horrible job. Refer to attached pictures; the arms of the glasses were so lopsided that it doesn't even touch the table when laid flat. 3) Defective product. The arms on the glasses came out warped (see picture) because the frames I chose is "too lightweight" for my lens prescription. Not sure why this concern wasn't brought up when first picked out the frame. They had to remake it with a different frame, which took an extra week. The remade glasses itself was fine but don't expect the staff to adjust them to fit you're face well. Ended up just returning the glasses; 30 day return policy and make sure to keep the receipt. PSA to Cornellians with SHP+: Avoid this location even though it's stated as an in-network provider. They will not be able to apply your vision benefits b/c it's covered under your medical plan. You will have to pay upfront and risk not being reimbursed because the staff here is will not provide you with sufficient info to submit a claim that will be approved by Aetna. So unless you want to spend an hour on the phone back and forth with Aetna and this store, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Office staff very unprofessional. Although the manger seems understanding. Never offered trial lens when my script drastically changed and I asked what the script was and they refused to provide until after I paid for the pre-order of everything. $650 with insurance and I essentially can't see. Lens were incorrect script. Took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Then new trials at another over 2.5 weeks . Wanted to speak to doctor about discomfort I am feeling. They said I had to make an appointment, that I couldn't talk to the doctor on the phone. I asked for the associates name and she refused to provide. Provided no help or assistance to frame selection. Offered no professional frame fitting or adjustment . Did not care if the glasses were even acceptable./ useable. Which they were not and I told them they made me dizzy. Sadly I have used my insurance for the year. So I am stuck trying to figure out what to do.

Absolute life savers. Lost a contact and they helped me out when others wouldn't. Will be coming back for my next eye needs.

Had such a great experience here today! Highly recommend! Had a thorough eye exam and was prescribed glasses. Eye exam and two pair of glasses for 69.99!!
