Clarity Eye Care with Dr. Bryant

The entire team at Clarity Eye Care were fantastic. I felt like my care was so personalized from the moment I walked in. You can tell everyone has such pride in what they do in the attention to detail they give throughout the process. My exam was quick and thorough, I felt like my concerns were adequately addressed and I know when I pick up my frames in a few weeks that my prescription will be perfect. I also love the frames I chose! The selection was great and there were many different price points to choose from. I was helped 1:1 to pick out a frame that met my needs and looked nice on my face. I will continue going to Clarity Eye Care and would recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Bryant and team were great! I felt like he took the time to address all my needs, especially regarding my family history and completed additional testing to ease my concerns. I was never rushed and Dr. Bryant made me feel comfortable and at home! Nick did a great job at taking my measurements beforehand, and was patient and kind when I was anxious about the "puff" machine to test for eye pressure. The opticians that assisted me in looking at frames were great, and the front desk folks were kind as well. Would definitely recommend!

I received excellent vision care at Clarity. The instruments and diagnostics they use are top-notch and gave me a lot of insight into my health. They were able to craft some specialized lenses for me, and fit them to a frame I brought in, within a very short timeframe. I am quite pleased living life with the glasses they've given me! (The only issue I've had here is with some billing confusion: it was recommended by the doctors here that I perform some follow-up testing to rule out certain conditions that their previous tests were hinting towards, but not conclusively. The follow-up testing was billed to my health insurance, not my vision insurance, and my health insurance did not cover it, so I had to pay for it completely out of pocket. I am unsure why it was not billed to vision insurance, and whether it was someone's responsibility at the front desk to inform me of this.)

Splendid place! A clean, neat facility. Conveniently located off of Route 13 on the way in to downtown Ithaca. I had no problems making an appointment and was seen promptly. Friendly, welcoming staff. I had a thorough, comprehensive, positive eye exam. Highly recommended!

The team was so awesome and kind!!!!! Dr. Visco was so friendly and knowledgeable; he nerded out with me about the Optoscan images of my eyeball! Mike from the frames sales desk took the time to fully calculate the price I would be paying for all services and frames / lenses to make sure that I stayed within my budget. I have never experienced service like that with any other healthcare provider, where billing is often veiled in mystery and frustration. This place is awesome. Will be recommending to everyone, as it was recommended to me!!

Despite a slip up with my original order, I will continue using Clarity going forward as they addressed the issue timely and effectively. Mistakes happen, everyone makes them. What's more important is how they correct those mistakes - Clarity went above and beyond to be sure they made things right, and I am overall satisfied with my service. The Doctor was efficient, witty, calming and very welcoming! The rest of the team at Clarity has been very friendly and personable as well. I want to give a shout-out to a specific member of their team, Lexi. After I was left disappointed with my original experience, she took it upon herself to be sure that I was taken care of and got what I needed. Her incredible communication and friendliness made me feel like a #1 priority, and was a big part of my now-positive experience . You're a superstar, Lexi!

First time here, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Each person did an incredible job at explaining all the steps through the exam to buying new glasses. Highly recommend!

I had heard they were good, but they were GREAT! They're busy but so well organized. Great team work, and a feeling of being in the care of a Doctor ( Dr. Bryant) who chose his profession for all the right reasons.
