Outstanding service! The office staff and Dr. Boscia are beyond amazing. I have had my fair share of eye docs in my life (I'd estimate at least 15) and she is by far the most thorough. I have binocular vision, and have known this for years. I came to her looking for treatment to bring my wandering eye back to place, and she has put me on the path to correct that, without surgery!! She has a passion for her career, and compassion for her patients. She treats her staff well, and it certainly shows in their treatment of the patients. If there is ever a day that I move from the area, I will travel to her, no matter the distance.

I had a wonderful experience at Ithaca Eye Care! The staff was very friendly, professional, and contentious of my needs. They were also super punctual: they got me right in to see Dr. Boscia when I arrived for my appointment. The space is modern and comfortable, with great equipment. After my eye exam, they were very patient and took time to help me select new frames. Easily the best eye appointment I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I am a repeat customer at Ithaca Eye Care. Upon entering the bright, inviting office, I'm always greeted with a genuine smile and hello from the staff. The appointments are on time. It's easy to see this is a priority in this office. Dr. Boscia takes her time at every appt. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and interested in what the patient has to say. The eye wear selection is varied, and includes many high end frames. I have recommended Ithaca Eye Care to friends and relatives in the Ithaca/Cortland area simply because of the friendly, knowledgeable care provided.

Dr. Boscia is amazing I was on steroid drops for years she helped me get off the drops get my dry eyes under control . When I fell and couldn't close my left eye she immediately offered her support. I love how I ask a question she immediately has an answer. The staff are great always polite and offer compassion.

Dr. Boscia genuinely cares about her patients, takes the time to listen and examine, she is informative and makes sure you get the best care. My best experience with an eye doctor. Dr. Boscia got me lenses to correct for an astigmatism that I've always had but no one else had corrected for. It took some adjustment but my vision is better and I have less migraines. Her staff is always courteous and friendly. I refer everyone to her that I can, my mom is even a patient now.

I've had nothing but professional and knowledgeable service from Ithaca Eye Care. My service there is always first rate. The receptionists and staff are extremely helpful and professional at all times. Dr. Boscia does a thorough exam with the skill and expertise that exceeds what one would expect from an optimetrist. My ordered eyeglasses were delivered on time and I haven't had any issues with them. I highly recommend Ithaca Eye Care for all of your eye care needs.

Ithace Eye Care relieved all of the anxieties I had as a parent concerned about my son's eye health. He was diagnosed with a convergence insufficiency, among other things, by another local doctor and prior to moving forward we decided to get a second opinion from Doctor Boscia. Her opinion corroborated that our son did need extended therapy. However, we really appreciated Dr. Boscia's bedside manner and the compassion and holistic approach she took to our situation. She has a very patient-centered approach to diagnosis and therapy that extends to all of her staff. Her therapists are amazing, attentive and seem to always be learning more about the eye and the latest therapies. Don't be surprised if you get into a conversation about nutrition when it comes to the eyes. From what I can see she also employs the latest technology to facilitate her understanding of the issues at hand and how the eye fits into the larger context of the body corpus. I've always felt a bit smarter and more at ease after I left her office. However, the most compelling argument to retain the services of Ithaca Eye Care are the results. Since our son started therapy his peripheral vision expanded from 5% to 90% or so. On the second day of school this year he was bumped up an entire reading level. He has more confidence and less frustration with his vision and I even see improvements in sports and attention. Recently, our son faced some personal trauma. I put a call into the office and was told to quickly incorporate a regimen of therapy to help him handle the stress that would potentially effect his vision. This helped us enormously. As you see, I could write quite a lot about my experience with Ithaca Eye Care. I get the sense that the values of the organization are shared from reception, through eye care, to even the selection of frames and their suppliers. I can't speak highly enough about them.
