No stars. After having eye surgery in one eye, I needed to update the prescription in one lens knowing full well that I would likely have to change my prescription again in few months anyway.I still needed to be able to see in the interim. Can you imagine how difficult it is to function with a completely wrong prescription? I was unable to drive or work on a computer for any length of time (and my job is 100% computer). Apparently this optician's office doesn't grasp what kind of impact that can have on someone. I waited the two weeks they said it could take before calling to ask for a status. Over the course of a week I left several messages with no response, and finally had to call Dr Schwartz's office and have them get someone on the phone for me. Turns out there was an issue that they not only didn't bother to contact me, they didn't even ask the doctor for clarification. Despite him being in the same building. I am not sure how long they would have waited to contact me but I decided to take my business to an office where they understand that your vision affects your whole life.

Took my 2 year old for eye corrections had a follow up appointment that they changed to a early date without contacting me I call for my daughter appointment today to verify what time it was cause I didn't have that in my calendar to find out they switch the appointment to a earlier day and sent a letter in the mail which I did not receive the lady who I was speaking to on the phone was extremely rude I will be taking my child to a office that take our business more seriously and with good customer service skills I have never had a doctors office switch my appointment and not call and let me know very unprofessional office
