Great place for eye care! I was surprised to have such great care at megastore. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Dr Jester does exam in person & is not rushed, takes time answering questions, explains thing clearly. So much better experience than V.

I've never had a more frustrating experience than with this Walmart vision center. The employees were rude and unhelpful. They continuously made excuses about why they couldn't put the new lenses in my son's glasses. When I went to have his lenses switched out, they came back after 15 minutes of trying to swap them out and said they were unable to put the new lenses in and someone else would have to do it, but they didn't have anyone available.They handed him back his original glasses and now the lenses are covered in scratches from them attempting to change them.

This is the rudest staff I have ever met!
I'm trying to return a pair of glasses in the store. I came to the vision center 3 times! Each time they have different excuse to not returning for me!
First and second times, the manager wasn't here, so no return.
Third time, they told me according to NY policy I cannot return the glasses that I got from other state.
So rediculous. Walmart even don't have a way to file a complaint!

Don't come here and save your money and energy. The lady at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. Truly she is disrespectful!!!
I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment and I didn't find her. There was a guy who told me to wait 10 minutes to be served.
Unfortunately, she came late (about 12 minutes later) and told me that she has to reschedule my appointment because I was late more than 10 minutes, which is not true at all!!!! I told her you were not here when I arrived, how can you know that!! you just came!! You were away from your duty and now you are blaming me!!!

I went there after getting the worst pair of glasses i ever had from another eye doctor 2 years prior. I did not want the glaucoma test and they were fine with that. The optometrist was great and I got the best pair of glasses I have had lately. They even let me keep my old frames from the other place. Great experience all around.

Avoid this place unless you want to waste money on those rude staffs.
I will gave 0 star if I could. I got my contact lenses prescription from Dr. Clark two weeks ago. But, the staff there recorded a wrong prescription. When I called, they said they can do nothing because Dr. Clark does not work there any longer. And they are so rude when they talked on the phone. They said I am free to write any negative reviews and complain to any anyone, and they don't care. Now, I have the right copy of prescription with me, but I can not order the contact lenses in the correct power just because they have the wrong record, and refuse to verify my prescription with other lenses retailers !!!!
I have to mention, during my fitting process, they made mistakes as well. And each time they just said they can not fix any mistakes. They are not willing to do anything except taking your money!!!!
Sorry, but I have to say they are the rudest staffs I've ever met.
just FYI, their price is not good. I decide to schedule another eye exam somewhere else ( cheaper and better service).
