Very professional and courteous atmosphere. Dr. Maria Karagiannakis is lovely and did not try to push any products/services. She administered a very thorough exam and explained findings. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions. No pressure was felt during the visit. Very happy with the visit. I will return.

Dr. Maria Karagiannakis was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She fully explained the details of all tests that she performed as well as the results. She also assisted me with choosing frames that not only serve my purpose but that would look the best on me as well. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Park Eye Care and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I saw Dr Sausner in the office! He is an amazing optometrist. He was personable, professional, and very thorough. His staff were all very nice and they were very accommodating to me and getting things done efficiently as I had plans. Definitely recommend him and this office!

I have been going to Park Eye Center for years. I love the Dr.s here. They always take the time to explain what they're doing and don't rush through a visit. I've brought my entire family here and the kids wanted to go back because they had fun :). Highly recommend this practice!

EXTREMELY BAD! I work in an office and have never seen such unprofessional behavior. For starters, the staff receptionist insisted, I pay directly after seeing the O.D. I knew this was incorrect but wanting to avoid confrontation I complied. I'd be paying either way and thought, "no biggie". That initial experience set a precedent. Fast forward, I was due to come in for the 2nd half of the exam I pre-paid for, however, I did not schedule a date. It was a very busy month, lots of events; I had a conversation with staff said I would call back. They called me non-stop. After having the same conversation repeatedly with passive-aggressive staff, I decided to switch Doctors. I followed up and called a multitude of times for the 1st half of my exam results. After 3-days of NO-call back; I called twice in one day explaining my frustration to Kim. Kim talking at me, rather than to, tells me she will call me in 30 mins for a pick up day and time; as my results may not be available for pick up the day of. Keep in mind, I have already paid $80 Dollars for the 1st part of the exam, am walking away from the 2nd part and already have a bad opinion of this office. Now, after waiting 5-hours for the Kim or the office to call me back. Finally, after becoming very annoyed, I drive to the office. I walk to the reception desk, Kim, the elusive person who appeared to be in charge is standing there. I introduce myself to which she looks at the perpetually-annoyed-to-be-working receptionist who is on the phone. Turns to me and says "She's on the phone with you.." Well, folks, Kim works in a VISION Office and can clearly SEE that I am not on the phone. After waiting an additional 20 mins for them to print one sheet of paper. I ask her to explain how to read the results bc again I work in an office and would like to know that I have all the materials I need when I present the results to my new doctor. She shouts, while walking back to the doctor to find out what she should already have asked, and this is verbatim "I'm supposed to be going home!" Like a child! So many questions, how is she an office manager? Why doesn't she already know this info? Regardless, I have NOT made a scene. Only commented audibly, how Unprofessional this staff is. Mind you, the Doctor is hiding in his office!! Ok, Kim comes back, answers my questions- NOW here is where she made me laugh out loud, she tells me I have a $10 balance AND if I would like to pay now? Hilarious! SAVE YOURSELF the aggravation, DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE!

Have been coming here all my life...60 plus years. They have always taken good care of my vision, along with the rest of my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been going here for years. Never a long wait. Dr. David is wonderful, nice, professional and knowledgeable. Never had a problem here. I recommend them.
