One word: Joanna! She was the representative who helped me when I walked in without an appointment, and she provided one of the warmest and quickest experiences I've ever had. I arrived around 1:45 PM unsure if my insurance was accepted, and Joanna immediately checked and confirmed it for me. She guided me through the frames, gave honest feedback on each pair I tried, and genuinely helped me choose the best one. Once I selected the pair we both agreed looked great, checkout was fast--and I even received a discount on my frames. I was out the door by 2:01 PM, if not earlier. Truly quick and efficient service. I'll definitely be returning for my next pair. The designer frame selection is a bit limited, but they still offer plenty of stylish options. Highly recommend asking for Joanna!

While all the employees in this location I have dealt with have been professional two years in a row the gentleman with the wig has tried upsells on items my insurance didn't cover. After I spoke to someone else who has my plan I was told to stay away from him as he tries this constantly. He said the four pairs of glasses my wife and I ordered would be ready in a week to ten days. One of the pairs was ready in one week and the others on my order said pending and would be ready a week later for a total of two weeks. The other three pairs finally arrived 18 days later. The staff in the store couldn't be nicer or more professional. The only drawback is the gentleman placing the order.
