These 5 stars is for Romina Ferrer! If it wasn't for Romina 3.5. Why? Because Romina single handily handled a bombardment of questions from colleagues not customers, colleagues! On top of managing customers including myself. I was patient in return because she was calm. Romina even had to answer questions for the new manager? Why isn't Romina the manager? Very confusing and poor use of employees as resources. After I finally got to sit with her, she stepped away for maybe 2 minutes to grab my receipt off the printer and simultaneously handled a question from the front desk and still knew where she left off with me and still provided sufficient services given the influx of multidirectional questions. And this was my first impression of her. Which then uplifted the 1st impression of the optometrist all around. Thank you Romina!!

I've been going here since i was a kid. Now, being 23 years old I can properly say that ever since they got bought out they do not care. For years I've been going here and I've never been able to get true 20/20 vision. My first appointment with a local ophthalmologist he was able to promise, and deliver 20/20 vision, even with Keratoconus. Also everything is an arm and a leg even with insurance. It's a shame, they used to be so good as Park Eye Center.

The entire staff at the Massapequa Park office was phenomenal! They helped me navigate through insurance issues and found the perfect frames for me, with professionalism as well as personal care!

Dr. Maria Della Croce was wonderful. Very thorough and staff was kind and helpful. I am very happy with my eye care.

2 out of 5 stars and here's why Great doctor ( Dr. DAVID SAUSNER ) but still no glasses after a month I had a great experience during my actual eye exam on June 20th and the doctor was amazing no complaints there at all want to make that clear. However, I'm extremely frustrated !!!! that as of July 22nd, I still haven't received the glasses I ordered on the day of my visit. I've called the office multiple times, only to be told there's a delay with the lab and that "Davis Vision Lab is behind." That explanation isn't cutting it anymore. It's been over a month, and I've been stretching my last pair of contacts which defeats the whole purpose of ordering glasses in the first place. At this point, I'm ready for a refund and they can keep the glasses. I'll gladly take my prescription elsewhere because this is just unacceptable. If you have Davis Vision insurance, do yourself a favor: get your exam here if you'd like, but do NOT order your glasses through them. Go elsewhere, or you'll be stuck waiting forever like I am . Still squinting and frustrated.

It was quick , professional and Jacob was super helpful and thorough. An excellent listener ! Picked out the best frames for my face! Will most definitely recommend My eye doctor to all my friends and family!

I tried MyEyeDr for the first time and it was excellent. Dr David Sausner was knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained everything throughout the exam. When I picked the frames Nicole Chaves was extremely helpful. I am very picky but she was very patient and courteous. My overall experience was fantastic and Nicole made it a perfect day. I would definitely recommend MyEyeDr in Massapequa Park.
