Vicki, Victoria, Charles, and Zanetta were all lovely! I came in last minute to try and update my contact prescription but it was expired. Vicki fit me in last minute, Victoria did my pre-screening and was very kind, personable and thorough throughout it, and Charles + Zanetta were a delight and had fun conversations with me throughout while I got my prescription finalized. Finally, Vicki helped me order my contacts and I was able to leave with them the same day. Great, great, service. Raises for all of them please!

Great place. Wonderful people, good selection of services, frames, and accessories. So glad I found them. Trisha was awesome. I love how helpful everyone is and it's amazing to see how they all work together and help each other. One lady even gave me a high five! Highly recommended.

Went to America's Best today to get a box of contact lenses. The lady that helped me checked my name in the system and said the I had the 3 year subscription until 2027 for contacts and frames. I wanted to purchase a pack of contact. She said your contact prescription expired in January 2025. She asked if I can stay around for an appointment. I said no, because I had to go home and wait for my son to get home from school and I live far. She asked if I can do Saturday? I said no because I work a full shift Saturday and Sunday. She asked if I can do Monday? I explained to the lady that was helping me that I couldn't do it, because I will l be working Sunday to Tuesday full shifts because I will be having a surgery on Wednesday 10/29/25. after that I can't go because I will be homebound for 1 week. I will be able to comeback as soon as I start my therapy. I asked if I could get a trial as I was not expecting them to say this. She said I don't think so, but let me check with Jasmin. Jasmin was the most arrogant woman and immediately said NO. She has no sympathy or people skills. Is not that I don't want to do the eye exam or that I don't want to pay. I paid for a 3 year plan. I just couldn't do it this week. I had committed to my job to work those days before my knee surgery. A trial pair would have not hurt the business. I will not go back to this place. Save your money and go someplace else that will be willing to show empathy and work with their customers needs.

My mom and I was just assisted by Zanetta and she was such a sweetheart. She welcomed us with great smile and helped my mom adjust her glasses for free. I am deff coming back to make an appointment. Great energy. Very inviting.

I've been dealing with this company now for about a year, specifically the Newburgh, New York location. I have to say that everybody I've dealt with has been super amazing and helpful, from the doctor to the technicians. Especially would like to give a shout out to Vicki, who has been absolutely a pleasure to deal with, super professional, and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of and satisfied. Highly recommend!

I had to do a bit of tedious travel to this location twice (once to select a new pair and then returning to pick up) as I live in a different part of the state and had to urgently replace a pair and use americas best in buffalo. I was assisted by Vicki and Jaylin who were personable and attentive on both occasions which made both trips so easy and a huge sigh of relief. No unnecessary nonsense and quick. I will return here again if I should need assistance with my glasses in the Hudson valley.

Beware if you need a weekend or certain hours you will get a telemed appointment. I was told to go back for an in person exam. I was chased down in the parking lot the day to make my appointment to go back in to change my Monday appointnent time.& 90 minutes before I was going to leave to go to the 2nd appointment I was told I had to come earlier than I was told. After 5 text messages and reminders in the morning & explaining I work and hour away, dr won't wait. The scheduling was a disaster to begin with. All I got was one excuse after the other. I did say I can come back on a Wednesday but their first thing in the morning was 10:15 or 11. I told them I can't do that.

Vicki at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses was amazing! She helped me get my contacts and made everything super easy. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and helped me save big too. Such a nice and sweet person -- if you need contacts, definitely ask for Vicki!
