Eyecare Center Of Oneida

Always love going to Eyecare center of Oneida. Always top notch service and the staff are away friendly. I've been going to them since 2008 when Dr Poulin was there. Dr Smith is now there and he is just awesome. Always listen to my concerns with my eyes and answering any of my questions. And Cindy always handles my glasses. She is top notch with them. Any issues with my lenses she will send them back to make sure they are perfect. I recommend going there for any of your eye needs. I've been to other optical places and Oneida eyecare center is the only one to get my script perfect every time.

I had to get an earlier appointment than usual and the office was attentive meeting my need, which I really appreciated. The staff was very pleasant and professional, and Dr. Smith examined my eyes thoroughly leaving me completely informed what to be mindful of. I am grateful I found this practice!!!

When I had a serious problem with my Right Eye! That I was very worried about!They were about to close for the Holidays! They did not say I would have to wait untill they came back after Christmas and New Years! They took me right in and spent much time and gave all the proper tests! And diagnosed my problem and took care of it!! Which gave me Peace! That I did not have to be scared waiting for them to re open! That was the Best Christmas Present to me! Peace of Mind! They were very quick to get me in and gave me a thorough exam to make sure my eye was ok. Everyone was very nice. I even scheduled a future eye exam.
