I paid high dollar for two pairs of glasses and let me just say I don't know how you can get the tint on a set of glasses backwards but they did it. I paid over 400.00 dollars for these glasses and to get them to darken when in light. But they only darken when I come inside the house! The people there are awesome but their glasses and add ons are a rip!

I went there last week and employees were not very knowledgeable of prescriptions or anything about lenses. Also, main eye doctor was very nonprofessional in the presence of customers. One of the employees asked if he had time to see 2 patients about an eye exam and he stated that " ugh, I dont have time for that. " when it wasn't crowded at all and he was sitting in his office for the majority of my visit (45min) and proceeded to leave the vision center and not return for the remainder of my visit. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Would rather to go to Syracuse for eye care.

I don't get my eyes examined there but it is a great place to have good service for buying your glasses and that will except my insurance and will explain to me what the insurance will pay for and what I will have to pay . They are very helpful and I only had to wait a week and couple of days for my glasses to come in . Very convenient for me too, my son works there at Walmart in Oneida.
