Charles Rothberg M.D.

I used to see Dr Marinelli. The office ran fine until he left, I have seen Dr Rothberg and he is great, but the office people are a total mess. I have been left without contacts on more than 7 occasions because the office doesn't keep track of when patients are in office, and holds you hostage to order contacts until you come in. it really is a shame but I'd stay very far away from this place. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but this has been brutal experience I wouldn't wish upon everyone.

Loved this place when dr. Marinelli was there. Went to rothberg recently and he was beyond rude to me and my son, not accommodating and literally told me he wouldn't let me take my own contacts out because it would of took too much time and pinched them out of my eye. The only positive thing I do have to say is I finally got my prescription that I needed after waiting 3 months for an appointment. If you are a mom, please avoid going to him. If you want someone who is kind, also please avoid this doctor. The ladies that work the front desk are wonderful though. Please be kind to them if you do decide to roll the dice with rothberg.

Anthony Marinelli is exceptional. Office is very busy so sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the staff is great and Dr. Marinelli gives each patient as much time as they need. He takes the time to explain everything, very professional, compassionate and funny.

Handwriting that is so bad that he has a reputation for it at the Bohemia Lens Crafter. I had to call their office the next day to confirm the numbers. Six years later, I was looking at frames there, and they told me it's still the same nonsense. Unacceptable on every level.

Everyone on staff are friendly and informative.. dr Rothberg is amazing. Had cataract surgery recently and it went great , thank you Dr Rothberg

Dr. was a great help, answered all questions that was asked . Only downfall is the waiting time , but i guess thats what happens when your dealing with a top of the line Dr.

I dont think they know what THEIR normal business hours are. Most times when you call during normal business hours 10am or later, ( which is their "NORMAL" business hours) NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, or aren't there!!!! I DONT GET IT!!!!

Very hard working doctor at this office! He's very in depth with his patients and answers a lot of the questions you have.
