"I had a very positive experience today with Dorothy Fanera, NP, at Northwell Health. I was there due to a dog bite, and she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel completely comfortable during what could have been a very stressful visit. I highly recommend her!

This was my first visit to a Rheumatologist and I can say I was truly impressed from start to finish. The office was quiet, clean and efficient. From receptionist to medical assistants, everyone was kind. There was next to no wait time which is almost unheard of. I saw Dr. Uddin who is new to this locations and I cannot express enough how wonderful he was. He had reviewed my chart and history before we met and was familiar with my complex case. He made everything easy to understand and reviewed a lot of medical history to make sure he had the full picture of what was going on. I have not had a doctor this thorough on my first visit, ever. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Uddin if you are a new patient or just looking for a new physicians, he will not disappoint you.

I started off by really like this office referred several patients, and now I find myself feeling like there is no follow up care. Test are ordered and there is no follow through, diabetic patients get ignored unless they speak up.primary care used to be a place where you called when you didn't feel good and they would help you solve the problem, now it feels that the doctor only listen when am there but not when I call with concern.

The people at this office needs to be trained properly on explaining what is covered by insurance and what's not.
Everyone at this location seems to confused, just wasn't trained properly or just don't care.
So disappointed in northwells services.

This place is horrible..it's suppose to be healthcare but just look at the manager, jack. They are here to collect pay checks. They have a bunch of people running this office that just don't have the skill set to do so. Completely unprofessional and unorganized.

I made an appt for my husband as a new patient. To our surprise he was able to get a appt pretty quickly as a new patient however - was a few minutes late and was turned away. This was extremely upsetting. To put the cherry on top - at arrival he was told they were going to reschedule him anyway because the doctor had to leave?...Which I am not sure why no one had called prior if they knew they didn't have to time to see the patient anyways... Traveling and rushing from work in the Hamptons to make this appt and get turned away .. was the last thing we wanted to hear.
Needless to say we had already waited a long time for a doctors appt because a lot are booked out and to be rushed off and not given a chance especially him being in pain and needs their attention - OUCH. not happy - extremely disappointed
