Been coming here for over 10 years. Used to be Optix now MyEyeDr. This time we came on a Tue afternoon and there was no wait and we were greeted promptly and warmly. Same wonderful service. Great team working here. Professional and accommodating. Explained clearly what's covered under insurance. A lot of frames (brands and style) to choose from.

Great staff and optometrists. Always first class service for over 20 years now !

This place has gone completely downhill over the past few years. The staff are unfriendly, dismissive, and clearly show they care more about money than their patients. I am post-LASIK, and instead of being treated with care, I was told flat out by the manager that they "could not accommodate me." The attitude was cold, rude, and uncaring. The doctor herself refused to stay even 10 minutes after her final patient to see me, despite knowing I am post-op, and went so far as to call me "ridiculous" for even asking. That is unacceptable behavior from someone I put my trust in. It shows how little compassion or professionalism exists here. Such two-faced people--smiling when they want your business, but showing their true colors when you actually need care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was a loyal patient of Optix Eye Care for 20+ years at Plainview location, but since it became MyEyeDr, the quality has declined. My family once received incorrect prescriptions that caused discomfort, and despite their apology, the issue left us dissatisfied. Today, they refused to accommodate us when we arrived just 10-15 minutes late, despite our long history with them. I can no longer recommend this practice and suggest finding an experienced eye doctor who truly cares about their patients.

I've been coming to this establishment for over 8years even prior to the corporate buyout. I came to the appointment late today (that's on me) by 2 minutes over the grace period. In the past I have always been on time and had to wait sometimes 30 minutes to start the exam. That's ok to them ....but I'm 2 minutes technically late and they wont proceed. I've spent thousands of dollars in this establishment between my husband and I over the years. That doesn't seem to matter. Additionally absolutely no one was sitting and waiting to go in. No one was even seen by the person who fits for glasses. I'm so disappointed with this place and their customer care. I will not be back. They just lost a big sale. Too bad on them. I have 3 pairs of glasses that needed updating. I own my own business and I have people come in late... life happens so I accommodate them with options. This manager could care less. Customers you should hope there is no major accident, or incident on the way to your appointment. You will be turned away. Btw. This is my first negative post ever for any business. Just couldn't believe it.

Never go here this place is a scam. They bill your insurance twice and then send it to collections. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I have bounced around to several eye doctors over the years and I can easily say this office is the best. You enter a clean and neat facility where the staff at the desk is knowledgeable, pleasant, and timely. Additionally, Dr. Skoljarev is very professional, friendly, and answers any & all questions you may have. It is rare to find medical offices that are stress free....this office has everything down to a science - from booking appointments to effective patient care.

The office is immaculate. The staff is friendly. The service is excellent. Super happy with the frames I got and the experience. Will definitely be recommending!
