Horrible!! No one called me when my glasses were ready for pick up even though I called them. What's even worst they gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses, way too strong. I can't see proper out of them after paying almost $500 out of my pocket.

I have been concerned about going there because of one negative review. But I must say it was a very pleasant experience and everyone is super nice there and I definitely recommend the place. They fit me in as an emergency and took time to examine my eye. Definitely recommend them.

Was a patient for many years and was always treated well. Recently developed an eye infection and called for an appointment, only to be told they couldn't take me for weeks. They suggested I go to urgent care if I need help. Now that East End Eye is run by Northwell, the caring, personal approach is gone and it's just cold business. Horrible people.
