Superior service and care every step of the way. The store manager went above and beyond to get me scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Inouye gave me a very thorough exam and was extremely patient with me during the exam. His assistant completed pre-testing in a very professional manner and still another assistant helped me select a pair of glasses and lenses that best suited my needs. I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive. I highly recommend this Lens Crafter facility. Everyone I dealt with was considerate and well informed.

A long time customer who due to the service that I received on my last visit is not likely to return as a customer rudeness delay in actually seeing a doctor for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time and lack of concern to getting my out quickly after seeing the doctor and not giving me the prescription before I left. It was a disaster on many levels and I will be considering going to another place in the future where they have more respect and consideration for their customers
