Our first time to Pearl Vision in the galleria Mall. Very satisfied. Staff were friendly & helpful. Optometrist was caring, friendly, informative, answered our questions. Nice selection of glasses. We wouldn't hesitate to refer friends & family. They also have weekend hours.

Absolutely wonderful place to get an eye exam done! The doctor was very thorough, friendly and Patient he had time to answer all my questions. Front staff. The receptionist was also wonderful. Very patient kind and courteous. Very relaxing atmosphere no stress no rush. I was done and out in 40 minutes. Great place to get an eye exam. I definitely would recommend this location! I appreciate their attentiveness and patience with all of my questions. Very thorough exam.

The techs were terrific, but because there was no doctor there, I had to pay an extra $39 for an additional test. The results were sent to a doctor somewhere in the US to review. Then I spoke with him on a video call. I think the charge for the extra test should not have been my responsibility to pay. Your saving money by not having a doctor in the office!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Loved my remote exam technician, Natalie, she was super sweet and explained every process thoroughly. Also, I really liked the remote exam. I was pleasantly surprised how detailed and thorough it was. The doctors took time with me and even showed me the scan of my retina. Thankfully healthy. Found a pair of frames at a great price and look forward to seeing them again next year.
