My husband had cataract surgery on his one good eye on May 1. We received his prescription for new glasses at the end of May. He has had his glasses for one week. We went back to where the glasses were prepared and after a very lot of discussion and tests we were told he couldn't see out of them because the prescription is incorrect. We went back to Dr Lee and explained to the receptionist and she said she could not get a new appointment for us until the middle of July, but that I could call for cancellations, we got the impression that she could care less that he can't see without his glasses! UGH!

I've had 2 appointments canceled without as much as a phone call to notify me. The first one was canceled a month in advance, supposedly due to a medical emergency on the day of my appointment! I don't understand how you can schedule a medical emergency a month in advance for my specific appointment time? I didn't get notified until the day of my appointment when I walked into the office! This is unprofessional and uncalled for. The last one was for my wife for a follow-up for an ER visit. Same thing, no phone call stating a need to reschedule! You get notified when you walk in for your appointment.

Dr Hite Is a good Dr I had a bungee cord injury last summer great fully it was not as bad as it could have been I went to ER and he examined me I needed to be seen by a retina surgeon as well I had my appointment to day for fallow up every 6 months still having visions issues and drove hour and 30 minutes I was 18 minutes late they told me I had to reschedule even if I waited 3 hours do to cotued eye issues it took me 2 1/2 months to get in !! Know and they were going to push me out another 3 months even though I told them I am having issues with EYE !!! So I sighed a medical release and told them I will no longer be a patient period !!! I have not been late before I am 65 and handicapped told them it is burden to drive so far They did not care !!!!

I was referred here by urgent care with a corneal abrasion. I called in the morning and they didn't even get the referral but they still had me come in immediately even though they were fully booked. I was in and out in less than an hour and very pleased with the service I was given. Everyone I worked with was kind and accommodating. I am very grateful for the excellent care.

Dr Hite is Wonderful, IF you can get past the horrible front desk. When you are a 12+ year patient who was relocated for 4 years but are now back you are given an appt 6 months out, even though you have had 4 additional eye surgeries in that time, you are told to call and hope for a cancel to get in sooner. The people at the front desk need retraining, or to work elsewhere.

Our experience with the front desk was less than professional. There were three women working, but there was one that was a bit rude not only to us as patients, but a co-worker as well. The rest of the staff were very accommodating.

Love how THEY called to cancel my daughter's appointment that I had scheduled for MONTHS!!! Call to reschedule, and they can't get her in for another 4 MONTHS!!! Asked to be put on the cancelation list, and the receptionist told me she wasn't going to even bother because the list is so long that my daughter would never get on it anyway. They told me to call back every 2 days and ask if there's a cancelation. What do they care? UPDATE: DON'T PLAN ON COMING HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 2 HOURS TO WAIT. The second time, I've had to wait 2 hours or longer.

Considered GFEA for cataract surgery. Solomon pushes laser assisted cutting at a premium price despite research showing a qualified surgeon cutting provides better outcomes. Solomon became very defensive when considering another doctor and will cut you off from care totally if you do decide to go elsewhere. Very vindictive and shows a lack of care and compassion for patients.
