I had a fantastic experience ! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming. The entire process--from check-in to the eye exam--was smooth quick and efficient. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right frames and lenses with no pressure at all. Rob, Larissa and Bella were excellent kind and attentive. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back for all my future eye care needs. Highly recommend!

I decided to come to the Davidoff Optical Center after doing a Google search for eye exams near me and reading the reviews. Honestly at first glance I was taken back by the storefront. I guess I expecting a type of modern superstore. Instead, I walked into a good'ol fashion, traditional, neighborhood eyeglass spot. I was greeted by two friendly ladies inside and then by Robert the technician. I was seen right away and had one of the best eye exam experiences ever. Robert was welcoming and explained the process while moving through the exam. He used a number of high tech machines to gather the information to determine my eyesight. I was ok with it since I misplaced my bifocals and wanted a fresh prescription form a new place. So this was good. I then consulted with the doctor who examined me further and answered my questions. I'm now moving to progressive tri-focal lenses - wish me luck! I was impressed with how well equipped this local shop is and how they used technology. Don't be fooled by the storefront. I recommend Robert and his team. They are a hidden gem here in Rego Park! Can't wait to return for my new spectacles!

I've been coming to this location for about three years and am never disappointed. My first visit I was a little unsure because the doctor was virtual BUT it honestly felt the same and my prescription after was perfect. They staff here is flexible with scheduling, available to answer any questions and really put the customer first. I spent almost 30 minutes picking glasses and they were so patient. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed to spend more money. This year my new insurance is not accepted here and instead of trying to get me pay out of pocket financially they recommended I go somewhere else to utilize my insurance. And I could always get additional glasses through them if needed. They handle their clients with true care. This the type of small business that clients prefer to always come back to. Extremely professional staff with the best customer service! Robert is amazing and very patient. It took the system a while to confirm my insurance information, but Robert was really patient and polite. The exam was quick and professional. They used remote doctor technology which is fast and in-depth. The eye doctors were nice and went through my vision health with me. Laura at the front desk is very kind and not pushy at all! She listened to my preference and picked some glasses which suit my needs. I am very happy with the glasses she got me and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Davidoff Optical and it's going to be my to-go optical center!

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Went here because of the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. I needed new glasses and the woman was super helpful and kind, giving me suggestions on which ones she thought would be good. I chose my pair and they were ready within less than 5 days! My boyfriend also went here to have a pair of prescription sunglasses fixed. Again, super helpful staff and they were ready in the same amount of time as mine. He was able to pick up my glasses when he went to pick up his, as they remembered us - a true neighborhood spot. Highly recommended.
