Updated Review - Vision World (November 2025) I'm updating my previous review to share that my case has been fully resolved. After my initial experience with my DITA eyeglasses peeling, I returned to the store and the manager personally handled my situation. She reviewed the warranty, confirmed that it was still valid, and determined that the issue was a manufacturing defect. Vision World replaced my DITA frames with a brand-new pair at no cost, which I truly appreciate. I want to thank the manager and the team for their professionalism, honesty, and effort to resolve this properly. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds -- and in the end, Vision World did the right thing. I'll keep my original review and photos below as a record of my full experience, from the problem to the final solution, as well as new photos of the replacement glasses. Original Review (May 2025) In November 2024, I purchased a pair of DITA eyeglasses at this store and paid almost $900 including the exam. Less than two months later, the frames started peeling. When I went back to the store around March 2025 (since I was out of the country before), I requested a warranty claim. The staff told me they would contact DITA directly and that it would take about a month. Later, they called me to say the warranty was denied because the glasses had supposedly been exposed to high temperatures. This explanation is unacceptable and makes no sense. I have never exposed my glasses to high heat, and if that had been the case, both sides would have been damaged or melted -- not just one side peeling. I feel disappointed, deceived, and taken advantage of after spending almost $900 on what I thought was a premium product with proper support. I am sharing some photos so people can see the quality issue. I do not recommend this store based on my experience.

I'm so happy with my visit. The doctor took time to listen and really explained what would work best for me. It felt personal and not rushed at all. The prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
