I've been coming to this office since 2018 and the service has always been great. The doctor and her staff are always delightful and courteous. I have gotten both contact lens and eye glasses exams here and it's always an easy process. Now, they send your prescription via email so it's easy to access it whenever you need it or easily upload it to websites if buying contacts or glasses online.

Possibly the best vision health office I've been to! I've worn glasses and contacts for many years and the female provider here is one who ensures optimal service and made me look forward to my next visit. I appreciated my appointment so much that I've referred my fiance and friends here too!
The office itself is located in some sort of complex. During my visit during the pandemic, the waiting area was clean and patients spread apart. Wait time was less than 30 minutes for my eye exam. I was able to use their special they had going on which was $40 for a contact lens exam, verses the usual $140 I pay annually.
The provider is one I can't rave enough about. She made the visit personal and discussed my concerns about my eye health since I also have diabetes. They also provide a free trial lens of contact, which always helps.
The whole process was an hour long, max. Super efficient, professional, and informative.

My first visit there was to get a prescription for my contact lenses. I had never worn contacts but the doctor and the staff were extremely patient and helpful on showing me how to place the contacts on my eyes. Although it took me nearly 2 hours because of how scared I was to touch my eye. I definitely recommend We Care For Eyes, Inc, the doctors and staff are amazing!

The doctor and her staff are absolutely lovely. The exam was quick and painless, but also thorough. Everyone was very friendly and it's just good vibes throughout the office.
They have a huge range of frames ranging from the most basic (my style lol) to Ray-bans with a ton of lens and coating options. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, but I didn't feel pressured by any upsell at all. Prices were also cheaper than where I've gone on the past, so that's always a nice bonus

Very disappointed. I have been coming here for the past 2 years for annual eye evaluation and also for my post-op Lasik surgery checkup. The doctors are nice but the staff running the scheduling is bad. I made an appointment for dry eyes plug on 11/29/21 11:30AM but had to cancel because of an emergency; on the phone they scheduled me 12/6/21 at 11:30AM. On 12/1/21 around 3:00PM the Hispanic medical assistant called me to verify my appointment. On 12/6/21 11:30AM I went for my appointment and the other medical assistant told me that the doctor is not there and they don't do the dry eyes treatment. I am very frustrated because I requested a sick leave just for this appointment. I asked for a specific date that the doctor will be there but according to staff there is no specific schedule to be given.

I really wanted to get my daughters eyes checked earliest so I could make her glasses before the school starts , was really happy I got my appointment also and my daughter liked the doctor was thinking I'll come here permanently but I didn't receive her prescription after the eye exam was told I would get it by the end of the day , it's been 6 days now calling regularly , leaving messages and emailing no response and no prescription . The glasses won't be made till the school starts . I am still waiting for the eye prescription . Really disappointed

Dr. Mezei is a great doctor! Not only is she experienced, but she also has a wonderful bedside manner. My whole family has been going to this doctor for many years and I have recommended her to all of my friends. It can be difficult to find a doctor who knows what they are doing and also makes you feel comfortable, but she is the one! If you want a doctor who treats you like family, but is also professional an experienced, then Dr. Mezei is the perfect doctor for you!

Wasted of my time and money. Stick with your original optometrist. Found this through Groupon so that I could renew my prescription and order my usual contacts. They pressured me into paying more for an astigmatism exam/prescription and changed the brand I usually wear telling me it would be better. The prescription they gave me was way off and I had to get it changed. Only thing I can say is that the staff was nice.
