Excellent service. Doctor spent a lot of time looking at my eyes and listening to me. The office is modern and clean. I have a number of issues with my eyes and have been to at least 3 other eye docs in the past 5 years in Brooklyn. This office is hands down the best.

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Vision Care Associates. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Ivanna Grynyk is an outstanding doctor. She takes her time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients' eye health. The office is modern, clean, and efficient. You can tell they really value their patients here. Highly recommend Dr. Grynyk and her team!

This place is SLOW. Really slow. They even have a piece of paper posted inside the waiting room warning that a routine appointment can take 2-3 hours and it does. My first appointment was just slow, but when I went for a follow-up, I waited 1.5 hours to be seen. The service is fine, though.

My experience has been very different. Don't believe all the bad reviews. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Rosenthal for over 10 years and have been extremely happy. The office is clean the staff is extremely friendly. The doctor is very passionate and very sensitive to your feelings. Can you have a wait time? Yes, like any other good doctor worth waiting for. We never experienced rudeness and if I did I would have voiced it immediately. I'd recommend her to anybody any time. We love her like family!

If I could rate a zero I would, trust me. She is a horrible woman! Period! She doesn't care about the patient she only cares about bringing you back for numerous appointments to collect the co pay. She's rude and the way she talks to her front end/receptionists and staff in general in front of patients is completely unprofessional. She has an attitude all the time. I would say run the other way and run fast. She is just flat out a complete misery. Do not go to her. You will sit and wait in the waiting room for at least an hour just for a 15 min appointment and her bed side manners and personality alone is worst than ever. Money is all she cares about, not you! You've been warned ahead of time. Feel bad for the people that have to work with her on a daily basis. My prayers go out to them.

This place is the absolute worst! The Dr treats patients with little to no respect. She docks the pay of her employees All of the time!! She also tries to embarrass her employees in front of patients. She blames employees for her mistakes such as malpractices so she won't look bad. The truth is shes really old and needs to retire instead of trying to ruin the lives of new up and coming medical assistants and registered nurses. She's also a millionaire and she uses that as leverage if it was ever to be taken into legal actions knowing her employees wouldn't stand a chance. I'm not an employee here but I know a few past and present. 0/10 stars for sure
