I had a good experience the first time I went here for an exam and new glasses since they changed management or owners. I received a call this weekend saying they were calling from the eye doctor's office. When I asked which eye doctor, they very rudely said the one you went to last year. Customer service is a big thing for me, and if that's how you speak to people on the phone, I can only imagine how you treat patients in the office.

Great store. Knowledgeable staff and patient with all my questions. There's a guy up front named Vlad or Vadim or something who really knows his stuff. Can't recommend this place enough.

Won't be coming back !! They are not as friendly as I thought .. been going there for my mother oldest daughter and myself !! But this time I took my 6 year old .. it was fine until it was time to look at some frames . They didn't have anything cute for her so I chose to go somewhere else to look for frames , when I ask for her prescription I was given a very nasty attitude and the atmosphere change completely.. did not feel comfortable afterwards .. you have lost 4 customers ..

The customer service at this store is truly exceptional. My daughter has been getting her glasses here for a couple of years, and each visit we are treated with kindness and respect. The doctor and the staff are wonderful! I want to especially commend Doyen, who showed remarkable thoughtfulness to my young daughter. Some individuals naturally excel in communication and interpersonal skills, and Doyen is clearly one of them. He made my daughter feel so comfortable and confident that she left feeling as if she was on cloud nine. Our family will continue to be customers for all of our eyewear needs, and we will continue to recommend this location to people we know. A++

My first eye exam here, Dr. Andrew Attia was very quick, thorough, but most importantly very professional. He took the time to explain all the tests in detail, and answered any questions or concerns I had. I did not feel rushed, and I was seen on-time (I did not have to wait). I live locally, and definitely had an excellent first-time experience with this doctor. Highly-recommend! Staff in the front is very professional, also, they answered all my insurance questions that I had. Very friendly too! I didn't get a chance to look at the selection, but it does look like they have a great selection of frames. I was able to bring my old frames, but you have to ask if there is an additional charge or not. Excellent experience.
