Dr. Jahn is fantastic. She takes incredible time, focus, energy and care with every single visit ... whether it's the simplest of routine visits and/or something potentially more serious. She is not only thoughtful and direct, but also thinking about the full life and framework and context of eye care as a relates to the individual person, their lifestyle and their individual needs. She is a superior healthcare, professional, and an expert in her field. I give the highest of recommendations to this extraordinary caretaker.

Extremely humble and kind, my mother doesn't speak English but Doctor Jain spoke our language so she explained my mom everything very clearly, made my mom feel very comfortable. Not many doctors explain everything in such details, but doctor jain explained everything very thoroughly.

Visited this location for myself and two kids. Paid with an FSA card. You have to submit the itemized receipts to FSA which is another things that irks me but I digress. It took me 6 emails and one visit to receive said receipts and will never be back here just for the inconvenience.

10/10 experience. Summary: the staff is highly trained, the doctor is very empathetic and knowledgeable. The experience: I called multiple eye doctors in Staten Island because my eye was extremely irritated.(they all disregarded me). The staff here were the only ones that realized over the phone from what I described that It was an urgent matter. They were completely booked for the day and called me minutes later, after they were able to squeeze me an appointment in to get checked as soon as possible. Doctor Jain checked me and immediately realized that I had a serious infection(cornea ulcer). She prescribed me antibiotics and ointment. And even though she had to leave the town for a few days, she gave me her personal cell phone number to be able to assist me, in case of anything, while she was out of town. Thankfully my eye was completely healed with no issue. I could have potentially had permanent eye damage, if it wasn't for Dr. Jane's immediate response and her going out of her way to ensure that I got proper treatment and the assistance needed. I also got the chance to speak to her after, to thank her and her staff for their professionalism. She was very nice and a wonderful human, and so was the other lady working the front desk. Dr Jain is super through in her explanations about eye health & takes time to make sure her patients receive the best care. She even walked me through my insurance benefits to make sure I'm receiving the most from my healthcare. 10/10

I love Dr. Jain and her assistant Susie. Great experience for a first time patient I highly recommend Dr. Jain, she's very knowledgeable about eyes and hormonal changes in women to boot!

Very expensive for unnecessary test which office/Dr.Jain failed to inform will not be covered by my insurance. Furthermore, I was asked to pay out of pocket at the end of my visit to later find out my insurance was also billed for this test. To make matters worse my eye issue was not resolved and when I asked for my office note Dr.Jain became enraged. Extremely disrespectful while raising her voice at me over the phone. Needless to say I won't be returning and will not recommend.

Dr Jain's ability - 5. A very good optometrist. Focus Vision's prices - 1. The prices are outrageous and seem arbitrary because you never receive an actual itemized bill. Even with insurance the prices are still high. Sometimes one thinks Dr Jain makes these expenses up since you can't see the actual prices.
