My elderly mother needed to see an optho for double vision and her reg optho stopped taking her insurance. I called NYU Lang eye center and received an appt within 2 hrs of my call! I was so grateful for Matt (front desk) he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and even though they were booked up for the day got her in to see the Dr. My mother was pleased with the Dr who made her feel at ease and explained in detail about her situation and the plan going forward. Thanks again Matt!!

The person answered the phone answered rudely. After she confirmed that they have appointments on Thursday, June 22nd, I kept asking what the latest appointment time is on Thursday, she kept repeating (we don't have anything unfortunately)!!! That's weird!!
