My FIL has WMD and his insurance has required step-therapy to approve a better medical treatment. Dr Rabady's entire team has been great support every step of the way - scheduling is convenient and easy, his medical team is responsive, communicative and very good with my FIL, the billing dept is top notch in explaining options and how things work, and Dr Rabady himself provides exceptional care, has great "bedside"manner, and was also instrumental in helping us understand and navigate the challenges of managing insurance and treatment options. Really impressed with how the standard of support and care is seamless and consistent with this practice.

Woke up on a random Saturday with no vision in one eye. Called the emergencey number and within 2 hours was meeting Dr. Rabady in the parking lot of their closed office. He was on a family outing so he arrived with his wife and 2 children and they waited while Dr. Rabady treated me. I then met with Dr. Rabady every day for several days, then every other day, etc. The situation I was in can end in not only blindness but also removal of the eye and little hope for full sight in the affected eye. Thanks to Dr. Rabady's fast and aggressive treatment, not only did he save my eye but I now have a significant amount of my eyesight back. I sincerely thank Dr. Rabady for his knowledge, compassion, and dedication.
