Reginald and Lisa love this place. Staff and doctors care about your eyes not how much money you have. They work with you in that situation. Doctors are awesome even though they are virtually. But that didn't matter they were on top of everything. Love the staff and doctors for my eyes to be done right. Everyone have a great Thanksgiving

I had a wonderful experience getting a routine check up at this location. It was easy to make an appointment online and when I called to ask a question before my appointment they were very helpful and patient.
On the day of my appointment I was in and out in 30 minutes and very impressed. Everyone was efficient and kind.

I went in for an eye exam . My appointment was for 3:30, I was told upon check in they were behind. I said okay but will I be out by 5pm... they said yes that should be okay. I said great. Completes pre check in with the lobby tech and did the work up in the back., but 3;45 I was in the lobby waiting to be seen....by 6:20 pm I still hadn't been seen by the doctor and got up and left. The workers in the lobby and pre exam tech were super nice and quick , however sitting in the "Que" and waiting for a tech to complete eye exam was a wait, then waiting again to see optometrist was a wait... I didn't even get to finish my appt because I had been there so long i had to leave and was not seen. Absolutely the worst place ever! So much for having an appointment!. They don't value people time as they do their own.

I would never come back here in a million years. I came in to ask about contacts and get new glasses since I had broke mine. That was the first visit. They then told me I needed to take a "class" to learn how to put in contacts even though I've used them before. Then they made me come back in 5 days later because "the contacts can change" okay.. I then ordered glasses that day while I was there to have a backup incase the contacts didn't work out. Came in today to pick up the glasses, she ordered the complete wrong pair! I can't order the glasses I actually wanted because I don't know the number. The lady that helped me order was supposedly the manager too.. what a waste of time and money

Been coming here for years never had an issue until they decided to put me on with a telehealth doc.
I got a trial pair of contacts and for some reason they decided to increase the size from my previous prescription, after putting them in my eyes became irritated to the point I couldn't keep them in and knew it wasn't gonna work . After bringing this up to the doc. - I shit you not - (he told me to just keep wearing them and that it's just like a shoe that doesn't fit you won't notice it after a while)
I wish I had asked him if he was currently wearing clown shoes sadly I did not .
