I travel almost an hour to bring my mom for regularly scheduled eye injections. I don't at all mind taking the time to make the trip! She's 93 and things need to be slow and easy. The Saratoga office has one of the best front office staffs I've ever encountered! They are patient, kind and oh so respectful! There's always a smile along with friendly interaction! The only thing needed to make our visits perfect is if someone would take the time to escort her back to the waiting area. The techs have first hand information of how poor her eyesight is. The walk down the very long corridor is difficult for her to do on her own.

Dr. Rheeman is friendly, astute, considerate, and thorough. He has complete command of all the technology,and can move very quickly. He's superb. Sam is friendly and very practiced. Kelsey is cheerful, quick, and even multi tasks while she's serving you. They are a great office.
