They got me in and out. As a 30 yr old with new glasses for the first time, it was fast but service kinda sucked. No one bothered to explain anything and when my new glasses came they just handed them to me. Apparently there is fitting they do and all sorts of stuff but they just sent me on my way, I made them aware that this was my first pair and I had no idea what I'm doing. They didn't seem to care at all. The Doctor, is the only saving grace here, he was quick and the glasses feel great sight wise. Definitely will not be coming back.

Been going to Empire Vision/Visionworks for probably 25 years. It has gone way downhill over the past 10 years. The cleanliness, the customer service, not good.
I've tried to make an appointment for probably over a month, last I checked they have receptionists that are supposed to answer phones and book appointments, not just having to go online. It is impossible to speak with someone that works in the store.
Very unfortunate, but I think its time I take my business elsewhere.

I went in today to pick out new glasses. I stood in front of the check in desk with a smile on my face, waiting for one of the two employees sitting there to acknowledge me. After two solid minutes of being completely ignored, I left. I went to a new locally owned office down the street instead, and received the kindest, most attentive customer service.
