I've been a patient of Sacco Eye Group for many years. Dr. Sacco is beyond compare. They offer state of the art equipment, and a fantastic, caring staff including optician Ken Kasprzak who makes sure whatever frames I choose are sized and fitted to perfection. Simply the best optometric team in the area!

I've recommended Sacco Eye Group to many friends, and that's because this is an excellent practice, full of excellent people, doing excellent work. I've worked with both Dr. Kirchheimer and Dr. Sacco and both have been professional, thorough, and personable. I usually see Dr Kirchheimer and he Is a remarkably talented, kind, and friendly person. Just the kind of person you want as your healthcare provider. He has gone above and beyond for me when I had an emergency corneal abrasion.The level of professionalism is second to none and one of the beauties of this practice is that every person in it lives up to this culture of excellence. If only all my providers, and the members of the practices, had anywhere near the caliber of Sacco eye Group, I would be so thrilled. They really are an example of what can be done when the focus is on technical expertise and friendly, thoughtful customer service.

The facility is well run with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I came to my appointment without my insurance card. The receptionist was friendly and understanding and able to look it up on the insurance website! They always go the extra mile at this office. They do it without judgment, quickly and efficiently. You cannot find the kind of service that they give in any other office around our area!

I've been wearing glasses since first grade so I have had my share of eye exams with some decent care and some feeling like you are just a dollar sign to them, which was the case at my last visit at a larger company that unfortunately was bought out and it surely shows with their crap care so it was time to find a new office and I couldn't have been happier from the moment I walked in being treated very friendly by the desk check in area to having phenomenal eye care with Dr. Sacco, who I must say had me laughing and smiling with his professional but down to earth personality. Unfortunately, these days that type of care doesn't typically exist but you don't have to worry about that at Sacco Eye Group, as they are truly there to take care of you, the patient. My husband who won't typically change to another office was so happy he did, he came home and said, "wow, I'm glad you convinced me to go there", "what a great Dr., with a great personality."

Thanks for the wonderful new patient experience in switching from another local optical business now under new ownership. Kudos to Dr. Sacco and Ken, as well as the entire staff! They were all fabulous to work with, very professional and thorough in all aspects of the top quality services they provide.
