Horrible costumer service it feel like they are doing me a favor when I'm paying out of pocket for a service . When I got my fist and last appointment for contracts I was waiting for 30 minutes just to pay because everyone was talking about their personal life . Also I never heard from a place that don't have any contact trial available and I had to wait for a week just for them to give me one brand to tried instead of two that's I agreed with the doctor . Also they can't send u a prescription u have to go in in person . Honestly don't waste money and time .

I recently had an AMAZING experience at this location after having a disappointing experience experience at the Tarrytown Road location. More specifically, Andria is absolutely spectacular! She helped us, knew what she was doing efficiently and had the most courteous and friendly demeanor I've encountered. She made my whole family's experience such a pleasure. Definitely recommend going here. :)

Unfortunately, there have been repeated issues and mixups getting the correct glasses. This required multiple time-consuming visits and conversations. I've never had these problems with LensCrafters, Cohen's Fashion Optical, BJ's or independent shops so I would not patronize this chain again.

On August 26, 2025, I ordered a replacement frame for my son's glasses. Three weeks later (September 16), I still have not received it. After my third call to customer service, I was informed there was an error on their end and my order was never actually processed. Each time I called, I was told the issue was "fixed," but no resolution was ever made. I am extremely frustrated by this lack of follow-through and the three-week delay. Would not recommend!
