It was a great experience and very thorough! I was referred for annual check-up and saw Dr. Katz at the Harrison location, no complaints. The office advised to have a driver when leaving right after the appointment and that helped a lot. I like how consistent everyone was with what they said and did.

Scheduled pediatric appointment: Location easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Suite area was very nice and comfortable. Check-in Staff were courteous and helpful. Wait time was short. Dr Katz and his assistants were professional and patient. (Especially when challenged by an 8 yr old that doesn't like eye drops). Exam was completed and results were good. My sincere thanks to all!

Dr. Katz was thorough and took his time explaining what he saw on my exam. He showed me the picture of my eye and where there was an irregularity. He did not rush and he made sure I was not feeling anxious.

Dr. Katz should NOT be working with pediatrics. DO NOT take your children to this office. My daughter who just turned three was referred for an eye exam. He has absolutely no manners , and no ability to work with children.
As my daughter was terrified he was clearly annoyed, he had no patience, and was rude to her, my husband and myself. He even went as far to comment on how she was screaming.
I had given her a phone to listen to something to calm her and he snatched it out of her hands twice.
Mark my words I will NEVER enter this office again, and I will ensure that anyone else who needs a pediatric referral hears about my experience.
UNACCEPTABLE way to treat children. Disgusted.
