Dr. Rubenstein is an excellent physician and has wonderful bedside manner. He put me at ease immediately. He did a thorough exam and understood exactly what needed to be looked at and explain everything to me. It was a pleasure speaking with him and I walked out feeling very confident and lucky to be in his care.

My experience with Dr. Rubinstein was very good. All staff in the office were very helpful and friendly, it makes me feel as if I was there many times. Dr Rubinstein was very thorough with his exam and explained to me all the procedure I was satisfy with my appointment. Then I'll see him after a year.

I took my daughter for her 2 year eye exam. Normally we see Dr. Katz however do to his schedule, being booked when I was available to take her, I chose to see another doctor that had availability for my schedule. Dr. Rubinstein knew exactly what questions I was going to ask him before I even asked them. I was impressed and pleased with him. Let me add it was the first time since they moved to their new location (ONE Executive Blvd, Suite 370) It was easy finding parking, the waiting rooms are spacious and it was the shortest wait time we've had thus far. Overall a good experience.

This man was extremely rude to me. I get reoccuring shingles unfortunately multiple times a year and it can affect my vision. I am very good at seeing my doctor at the very onset of symptoms at this point. Unfortunately my regular eye doctor unexpectedly passed away and shingles in your eye is considered an emergency. It also hurts because it is nerve pain. This man essentially told me I have no idea what shingles is (he had no idea I went to medical school) he proceeded to pull up pictures of shingles rashes to try and explain to me what it is. Then he told me I have allergies without fully checking me. He put drops in my eyes which ran down my face and on to my work shirt and took all of 4 minutes to tell me that not only do I have no idea what I am talking about, but all of the previous eye doctors who have treated me for this reoccuring condition have no idea what they are talking about either and he asked for their names. Unless you enjoy being mansplained to by someone who doesn't listen to patients or have empathy for pain do not go to this doctor. On top of that their office will ask you how much of your deductable you would like to pay on top of your specialist co-pay. It's their new policy. But the receptionists are very nice. That is why the one star.

I was impressed & satisfied the staff their with their performance & the way they interact with the patients. Dr Mark Rubenstein was caring, courteous & knowledge in doing his work. I would recommend Dr Rubinstein & staff without hesitation. Keep up the good work. Thanks !

Dr. Rubenstein conducted my annual eye exam. He is extremely knowledgeable and communicated in a pleasant, professional & easy to understand manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rubenstein was excellent and very learned. He has a calm demeanor and explained everything very clearly. He is highly recommended. The staff acted very professionally, and the office is very clean and organized. My experience was very positive.
