All staff were polite and professional. The office ran like a well oiled machine and the wait time was speedy and efficient. Dr. Schirripa was extremely attentive and highly effective. His quick response to questions highlighted his strong expertise.

As Always...Doctor Voleti was AWESOME! Been under her care for my right eye. She has done surgery and has been treating me and monitoring my eyes for more than 5 years. She and her staff have been professional and caring. I highly recommend her and the Doctors of SightMD. You will not regret it.

I give sightMD 0 stars. I had a scheduled appointment on 2/3/26 at 9 am with Dr Marc G Rubenstein. I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early to be able to fill out/sign necessary documents etc since it was my first time visiting this office. I did the preliminary eye exam and was placed in an office to wait for the Dr. Rubenstein. I literally waited over an hour before he came in. I inquired about the long wait and his response to me was that he has 42 patients to see today. I informed him that I had a 9 am appointment, it is now after 10 am and the number of people he has to service has nothing to do with me. Dr Rubenstein angrily replied "you came to see me." He then stated he's been working for 40 years and does not have to take this. He proceeded to get up and leave the room. I informed Doctor Rubinstein that I not only book this appointment, that I expected to be seen since my insurance had already been ran and I already paid the co-payment. He left the room and I proceeded to the front desk to make a complaint. The staff at the front desk called the manager whom apologized and diffused the situation. She returned my co payment and will not bill my insurance as I requested. I told the manager that I myself have worked 40 year in healthcare. When you work in this field you are expected to treat people dignity and respect. Dr Rubenstein did the exact opposite. Never ever have I heard of a doctor refusing care. It is not the customers fault that the doctor over books patients etc. Sight MD, please take a hard look at who you hire. Additional training on how to deal with customers should be required. All your customers deserve to be treated with respect.

It was my first time going to this location and it was so wonderful! The office was very clean, spacious, calm and the staff were all very friendly! I got taken care of really quickly and Dr. Schrippa was very kind and helpful and always made sure to explain everything to me, which I highly appreciated! Very happy I came here :)

Disgusting doctor. My 7 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Neil Katz. My husband took her for a routine appointment and the doctor was rude and dismissive throughout. My daughter is autistic and carries a support stuffed animal. While he was leaving the room he called the stuffed animal disgusting and my daughter heard it. She came home sad and confused. It amazes me how unprofessional and immature this doctor was. I would advise anyone with a child to STAY AWAY from this doctor. I am not the first parent to complain about his inappropriate comments toward young female patients in particular. I hope this helps at least one parent. I don't wish this experience on anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. George Schirripa for many years. He's always been easy to talk to, he listens and addresses all of my concerns. He communicates clearly and thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great ophthalmologist.

It's a great optical office. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. It's a clean environment. The doctor is very thorough explaining everything. It was a great experience.

The supporting staff - from receptionists to the assistants to the doctor - were wonderful. Dr. Schirripa is his usual terrific self, who provided a thorough exam and explained what I need to do.
