She was kind enough to explain to me that her staff wasn't familier with the insurance process. I agreed to come back. Simone helped my daughter and granddaughter. We left very pleased. I love this place. The staff Jay, Simone . Leslie and Hector are unmatched. Best optical shop I ever been to. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality eyeglasses. As someone with a high prescription, it's hard to find good affordable glasses. I was able to applied my insurance benefits.
