Good experience at your stilts in Yonkers. However, selection of extra large frames that fit me properly with rectangle lenses was extremely limited. In fact, there was only one set of frames that actually fit me.

They have the worse customer service trying to get into contact with someone in person. Literally have to wait 20 min on hold and transferred to the corp customer service to delivers message to the location you want. All these doctors and teledocs which ALWAYS give the wrong prescription. Literally on my 3rd return because the glasses I receive. This place lacks employees. There are like 3 employees total.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. I got to my son's appointment 3 minutes late and despite having various people working, I had to wait 10 minutes for them to tell me that I have to reschedule because I was late. I explained that I left work early and cannot reschedule because my son's glasses broke. The guy was dismissive and said 'it's not my fault, it's the doctors'. He didn't even ask anyone else or make effort to find an alternative solution. I had to wait two weeks for the doctor to come back from vacation only to be told they couldn't help me for being 3 mins late. He even tried to tell me the appt was at 4PM and that I was very late and I told him that I can show him the text message that shows it was at 4:30PM. Visionworks, don't bother responding to this message with your automated message. Clearly the owner, doctors and staff don't care about losing business.

When I came into Visionworks an employee greeted me well and registered me with a very pleasant smile and asked me to look around while I wait for my appointment. Very quickly another young woman called my name and did the preliminary examination, explaining step by step what was happening. After a few minutes she asked me to wait for the doctor to see me and very quickly the doctor called out my name. He reviewed the prior exam and proceeded to do my eye exam. He listened to me attentively and asked me follow up questions. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a few choices for my glasses. The best! The last person I met was a very professional young man. He helped me pick out my new glasses and showed me the prices my insurance company was charging and my end payments. We went back and forth and he was so patient with me. I'm very impressed with this Visionworks Central Avenue in Yonkers. Thank you for outstanding customer service and care.
