Great place to go for glasses but if you get assaulted by the store or by the front of the store they will Not help you they tell you to go outside to solve the issue hut half the time the person can be in actual danger and the girls that work there wont help

They are always so helpful here. My son and daughter both wear glasses and have gotten their eyes exams and glasses here. Edit: so in the past few years prices have skyrocketed and customer service has plummeted. They'll try and upsell you on everything. It's still easy and convenient enough but price wise there are a lot of better options, places with promotions.

I have been going here for the past 4 years plus and this is the last time I'd every go back something was off I had an eye exam in February this year (2022) I go in for my free second pair this month before the year is up and I brought my own frames they insisted I see the doctor for a new eye exam mind u nothing changed and the eye doctor was no help I feel my glasses aren't ready right script and not to mention the staff were rude and im helpful and unorganized. All in all anywhere would be better then this place amd the shady insurance scams they pull

Have been wearing glasses for over 10 years; have done multiple exams and been to numerous optometrists. Hands down the best places to go. Amazing customer service, Kathy was great and extremely attentive and Dr. Samuel was very informative and detailed. Extremely quick service as well in and out in no time at all and my glasses came in the same week.

I have been a client of Designer Optical for about 2 and 1/2 years now and I have Medicaid. I have found the Doctor and staff to be very courtesy, helpful and respectful every time I go to see them. Not once have they ever disrespect me in any way or the fact that I have Medicaid. It is sad that people go out their way to discredit and ruin a business because they are rude, impatient and walk around like the world owes them something just because they exist. I honestly believe that NO, the customer's not always right! Hardly ever! They are here to provide a service to the community and as we all know, you give an inch, they'll take a yard. People need to understand that every business we go to works to provide a service and not to pamper your whims. You take care of them and they'll take care of you. If business weren't here for us, we'd all be screwed! Learn to appreciate business that are here to help us and services us and get that bat out your Arses already!

The customer service sucks they need to train their staff on professionalism and ensure everyone is on the same page as far as information regarding insurances , prices etc. I walk in on a random day to inquire if my insurance was accepted and was told yes , come in a different day and was told no the sales rep didn't even have a clue what she was talking about , seemed very confused if you ask me . As a person whom has never worn glasses before they weren't very thorough on the different lenses , prices etc. I spoke to three different people and was told three different price amounts , I continued to be left on hold which I believe was done purposefully because at that point my tone changed because who do I believe when three different people are saying different things , the price of the glasses was never an issue it's the change of information and the confusion so yes decided to no longer proceed with a transaction with them and lm even considering a second opinion with my eye exam never spend your money where it's not valued because as a customer their job is to ensure that I have the "guest experience" especially as a new glasses wearer but what to expect from an eye lens's place in the middle of Getty square.

I have been a patient there for many years and i will never go anywhere else! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and cheery.They treat my kids and me like family. Designer optical is definitely a gem of yonkers. Also love their selection of glasses and they have anything that fits your budget and the sales women work with you.

The service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful! They offer a variety of frames. They helped me make a great choice in choosing the perfect pair for myself. (I was stuck between a few) I had no issues and really recommend them. Thank you Designer Optical!
