Such a wonderful visit! The staff was professional and many thanks to the optometrist. Physician well informed and it felt like I received a 101 class regarding my eye vision and options for eye contacts. Awesome visit.
Only downfall!!! Office space too small but I appreciated the location for my travel convenience.

My eye exam went well and the doctor was very informative. I normally see the male doctor, whom I've always had great experiences with, but he wasn't available so I saw a different doctor this time. She informed me that my insurance would not cover both a glasses and contact lens exam during the same visit. I clearly told her I would proceed with the glasses exam only and schedule a separate appointment for contact lenses at another time. Despite that, both exams were performed and I was billed $200. I was very surprised by this charge. Please be aware so this doesn't happen to you as well.

Can't give 5 st stars because I was not asked if I had vision insurance and was initially charged way over my co-payment. Upon questioning was told I didn't know you didn't have vision insurance. I responded, U was not asked . Doctor was thorough, professional and pleasant.

BEWARE!! They do not verify your insurance information until AFTER your exam. I wasn't told until AFTER my exam that there was a problem with my insurance which in the end they did not take and was left with the bill!
