if i could leave negative stars i would. This is the worst place you can come to the receptionist "joy" was so rude her name should be disgust and the man selling glasses was so rude and condescending i couldn't even buy what i needed because i just wanted to leave. The only nice person there was the doctor but im sure you can find a nice doctor without the rude workers else where. Don't come here unless you want to be treated like trash and have the worst experience of your life.

unfortunately was not happy with this place. the doctor was nice, not through enough. the technician was more like a salesman then anything else. instead of first helping with choosa frame, he went right to the most expensive options for Eyewear. he tired down playing the glasses I had. he wasn't professional at all. In fact while I was there he did the same thing to 2 elderly couples. who ended up paying way to much for their glasses. the clerical was also challenging, I received several calls regarding the same questions. do not recommend this place. 9/29 update - seems they use my health insurance instead a voucher for my eye exam. which only checked my eyesight, nothing else.

If only there was a no stars! I have so much to write about this place that I don't know where to start. Let's start with the front desk, the lady in front is not pleasant and looks miserable to be there. The environment isn't welcoming at all. The wait to see the Dr is crazy! Granted he seems to be the only doctor there and he was pleasant. The cost of glasses is pretty steep. The designer selection is close to none. It's all about the sales there. I was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks and I'm three weeks in. I've called twice and no one has any idea when my glasses will be ready.

I'm changing my review as requested. I was very disappointed in the service my husband received. My husband had his appointment April 4 and the doctor didn't do the eye drops like he was supposed to for a patient who has diabetes then he didn't get his prescription glasses until May 20. Even though the glasses are normally ready to be picked up within two weeks when I called after the two weeks, the reception is pretty much flat out lied said that the prescription was sent and the insurance was the one taking long but when I contacted the insurance, they said they still didn't receive anything and it turns out they didn't get the order until the end of April. When I confronted the receptionist, she didn't even tell me there were issues with her system. She just said because it's Medicaid. If she would've said from the beginning, I'm sorry ma'am we're having issues with our system and we haven't been able to send your husband's order in. She chose to lie instead.

I picked up my glasses today. I paid 280! They charged me more than 100 for a frame where I saw on Google from a different store for 39 dollars.i had asked the guy which is the cheapest brand and he told me so i literally chose the cheapest brand their,so I thought! I called and he was beating around the bush talking about they cost 500 but with the package I got a discount. Like what package? They're glasses. He was just throwing a bunch of numbers that didn't make sense. I told him I found it for 39 dollars he didn't care he was just quiet. We went from 39 dollars to 280 dollars!!! THEY ARE LIARS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. If I could give -1 star I would!!!! My Last name is Alsaede. I picked up my glasses today. I paid the remaining 130.

I've been going to envisage since I was 14 and now I'm 30 and I gotta say the place went to the trash, the doctor is always polite but the wait hours are crazy, when I made the appointment for 4:10 I got a call at 3:55 asking if I was on the way and could come in at 4 because the doctor has a family emergency and he wants to leave early? I was very confused by that and I knew I was not going to make it by 4 so I declined. I got seen 30 minutes late which is early compared to usual and mind you I was the only patient there everyone else worked there and I saw the doctor just sitting there drinking coffee until he finally finished and called me in, so im not sure he actually had a family emergency lol. Now $200 and 3 weeks later I still don't have my glasses, I called and the receptionist asked me to call back in 10 minutes because she's not logged in to her system.... what is wrong with this place? The unprofessionalism seems deliberate at this point. I called back 10 minutes and got placed on hold and then was told I got a text message that my glasses were ready, never got a text AT ALL and when I told her that she said oh well they're ready to get picked up, I said okay thank you and she hung up on me lol. I would say that this place feels like dealing with teenagers except I've seen teens with way better customer service then the two grown adults that work here. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for quality eye care without the headache. I'm getting my glasses today and never looking back.

This place is great other than the girl at the front desk. She is new but she is very rude. Definitely bad for business. Other than that, the doctors are great and the gentleman is nice. The front desk girl needs to learn to like her job more or get fired.

The ETHICS DEPARTMENT WILL BE REACHING A PHONE CALL FROM ME TODAY. THIS PLACE CHARGED ME $275.00 FOR GLASSES WHEN THEY ACCEPTED MY MVP INSURANCE WHICH THERE IS NO CO-PAY OR SHOULD BE NO CHARGE. I LEFT $150.00 AND PLANNED ON PAYING THE REST AT PICKUP.THEY LIED IN MY FACE AND SAID MVP ONLY COVERS $60.00. I CALLED MVP AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE ON ME AND IT WAS VERY UNETHICAL. I WENT THERE TODAY AND DEMANDED MY REFUND. I JUST WANT ALL OF YONKERS AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO AVOID THIS PLACE, BECAUSE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE PROBLEM DO IT. THEY ARE COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD.
