Hudson River Vision truly impressed me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Cristopher and the two young ladies at the front desk. The space is spotless, inviting, and extremely high-tech -- the equipment they use is next-level. They even discovered something about my left eye that I had no idea about.
Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and patient, and the selection of frames is beautiful with a lot of great options.
The only small hiccup was that when it was time to pick up my glasses, I was told to come after 11, but the tech didn't arrive until after 12, so I waited longer than expected. Still, even with that inconvenience, my overall experience with the doctor and the entire team was excellent.
It's a gorgeous store, and I would absolutely recommend Hudson River Vision.

Recently went for my first visit, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment was high tech and the doctor was extremely professional and helpful with my questions and concerns about my vision . I can't wait to get my new readers from them. Also, there is a huge free parking lot which is definitely a plus highly recommended if you're looking for a new eye doctor.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was nice and took care of all my needs. Even though I was a walk in, I was seen basically immediately and I got 2 pairs of glasses which I'm really satisfied with. I was highly impressed with the doctor who could describe my exact experience with my vision and provided great recommendations. I was comforted knowing that my vision wasn't bad and that i'll have some cute glasses to start wearing. Also glad that they have flexible payment plans so I didn't have to worry about dropping a ton of money immediately. Overall good experience.

I spoke to Christopher and he helped me immensely. He was very kind, and helpful and patient. My interaction with Christopher made everything seamless. It was a pleasure. I've had multiple occasions where I went and had pleasant interactions with Christopher and the other staff members. All of the staff were also very supportive, and welcoming, especially the ladies.

We were approached by a man who was nice, and Professional. He invited us into his shop and we were there for about two hours and he took his time and helped us to get optical insurance and now we are paying automatic payments $100 each month. It was very professional seamless and a pleasant experience . I was so impressed that I bought another pair of my glasses to be fitted with the new lens and again the experience was nice and pleasant. I look forward to bringing my son over to have their glasses lenses to be changed in their glasses and I look forward to the next visit with the establishment.
