First and foremost, thank you, Sabrina at Ridge Hill. I genuinely appreciate Sabrina's outstanding service today. Sabrina made me feel welcome since I opened the door to enter your business. She gave me a genuine greeting and an authentic, unforced smile, including when I was departing the establishment. CHEERS!!!
Sabrina multitasked without making it feel like I was being forgotten or ignored. She ensured I was cared for with what I needed to purchase and the services I needed. I would definitely recommend this location at Ridge Hill. I will undoubtedly make this location a frequent stop for my various eyewear, and I will inform my friends and family about this location and Sabrina.
Not only was Sabrina excellent, but the store was also very bright, organized, and clean, with hundreds of frames neatly placed throughout, making shopping and browsing a wonderful experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with LensCrafters. My glasses took an extremely long time to arrive--about a month and a half--which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff did not seem knowledgeable when it came to making proper recommendations based on my prescription. I did not feel guided or confident in the choices being suggested. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would recommend going somewhere else.

This was the best experience I've had at an eye care center. The entire process was smooth, quick, and incredibly efficient. Sabrina at the front desk made me feel so welcome--she was kind, patient, and extremely thorough during my screening. She also took her time helping me find the perfect pair of glasses, making sure everything fit just right.
Dr. Chen was equally amazing--super attentive, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a brand of contact lenses that feels more comfortable than anything I've used before.
