The staff was nice, but the frames available under Medicaid are horrible. I couldn't find any frames that fit my face. After I chose the best one I could find I waited three weeks to receive them after being told they would be ready within the first week. When I picked them up they did not fit me at all but the prescription was correct I guess. Do not recommend if you are covered under Medicaid or want fast service.

So here's the thing, I have been going to this office from way before they were my eye doctor, and continued going since. The doctor is pleasant and careful with the exam so this review is solely based on the admin area of this office. On my last visit, this office billed my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance. When I was trying on glasses and the office manager was running numbers I realized THEIR error. I was told it was being looked into it and they would send to my vision insurance so I wouldn't have a balance to pay, which they were very efficient in billing me for a balance I do not own since it was THEIR mistake to put the claim thru the wrong insurance. I have called and told I would get a call back, but didn't. I spoke with the office today and was told "I haven't had time to look into it." A business that tells a customer, three weeks later, that they "haven't had time to look into it" clearly doesn't value their customers or their valuable time. On top of that, I am still waiting for my glasses which were supposed to arrive last week. After this ordeal is over and done with, I'll never visit a 'my eye doctor' location again. Update 1/15/26 - After receiving a call saying my glasses were ready I went to the office and my glasses were done with the most hideous lenses, not what I paid for. The manager Gina stated that she was going to send it back and get it done correctly. Today, I got a call from her informing me that she had processed a full return of my purchase without any other explanation about my glasses. Keep in mind that the $49 they incorrectly charged me still not cleared from their system. This has been an absolute waste of my time and I will tell everyone I know to avoid my eye doctor like a plague.

I have been a patient at this location for many years. During my most recent visit I found the experience to be quite professional and pleasant. We ( 2 family members) were seen at our appointment time (no waiting), the support staff was attentive. The exam was flawless and the correct adjustment was made to my prescription. By the way Dr. Won has a great sense of humor! I also had a broken pair of glasses that were quite expensive that I thought were irreparable. (I sat on them by accident) To my amazement, Gina fixed them and now they are as good as new! Thank you Gina, Dr. Won and the rest of the team for your fantastic customer service and expertise!!

My frame was bent and they adjusted my glasses. It was my favorite so I'm happy they were able to get the kink out. They were nice.

I do not recommend this place for purchasing glasses or frames. They sell cheap, low quality frames but charge high prices. I bought a pair of glasses just three months ago, and one side of the frame already broke. When I went back to see if they could fix it, they told me I had to buy a whole new frame instead of offering any real solution. They had originally given me a frame with a plastic joint, which was very poor quality. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

My wife and I waited almost 3 months for our glasses. As a courtesy for the long wait My Eye Doctor offered my wife and I each a free set of glasses. I thought this was an incredible gesture of good faith on the part of My Eye Doctor. I did not ask them to do this, they volunteered. This offer was sent to us in writing via email. When we went to redeem their offer, My Eye Doctor reneged. Dr. Won is terrific with a very good bedside manner but once you step out of the examination room and begin to deal with his office staff, you will be dealing with a bunch of incompetent prevaricators. I would stay away from this place unless you have a voracious appetite for lies, headaches and frustration.

I went for an eye exam. Ordered my glasses. They said there was an issue with my insurance. I contacted my insurance and corrected the issues. They never called me. Never responded. I called to see if my glasses were ordered and they had no idea what I was talking about. I haven't heard from them. Terrible.

Do NOT go to this location! You've been warned. Store manager Gina delayed my eyeglass order for about a month. Started with sending out my frames 2wks after my appointment to then saying that the lab lost my Versace frames that I provided. Had to contact my insurance to follow up because I was so frustrated. Worst experience ever. Never going back there or any myeyedr location again. I hope they get shut down due to poor management and rude customer service.
