I brought my 82-year-old Mother to this location, where Stephanie took great care of us. Stephanie was friendly, patient, and professional. She made sure we were aware of all of our eyeglass options, and she helped us find the best price. Plus: the service was FAST! Highly recommended.

I had such a great experience at the McLean location! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the entire staff was amazing. Everyone I met was super friendly, patient, and understanding. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail about the frames. She even helped me try on different pairs until I found the perfect ones. Stefanie made the whole process even better with her fun sense of humor and made me feel completely at ease. I truly appreciate how willing they all were to help, and I left feeling very well taken care of. I can't wait to get my new glasses and contacts! Highly recommend this office!

Very disappointed in the rigid and unfriendly service here. My family has spent a lot of money at this clinic without insurance, yet they refused to see my aunt for being 10 minutes late (a policy we were never told about). My aunt and mother were both scheduled for routine exams while visiting from Europe. Ironically, they used her 'missed' slot to see my mom early, proving they had the availability. For a 15-minute routine exam, this lack of flexibility is ridiculous. Will never return in this place.

This location is the Worst!!!! The doctor is great but the staff is a different story. They messed up my contact order and now im being billed after multiple calls about this issue, i even called to say they did something wrong in billing my insurance and the manager tellls me to cash the check my insurance sent instead of do her job and see why my insurance didn't process my contacts to get paid and not get billed. They also charge me 20 instead of my copay of 10 as well. The place is a mess administratively, go here if you want to be going back and forth wasting your time !

Unfortunately, my experience at this eye office was very disappointing. The staff communicated with a rude tone and failed to provide clear explanations regarding the visit or procedures. Professionalism and respectful communication were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this office.

This was my first time visiting MyEyeDr for myself and 2 daughters. I must say that my experience with this office far exceeded my expectations from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles from Anika and Stephanie at the front desk. We waited with very minimal waiting time in a very clean open waiting area. We started our appts where we were excorted by Ana who was very patient and kind for retinal scanning. After our scan we met Dr Alan who was very kind, professional and informative in regards to our eye care needs. After we concluded our examination we met Jennifer who was very helpful and pleasant when it came to picking out our frames. I would definitely rate the office a 10 out of 10.

This is the worse place ever, the doctor excelent,the staff pretty rude, they said my glasses going to be ready at 7 days,and l called many times and later they said 10 days, a 11 days the glasses came and they even called me to tell me the glasses came....they said that the glasses have a discount and at the end of the transaction they use my insurance and didn't aply any kind of discount with crazy adding on

Absolutely Unprofessional - Avoid This Place at All Costs I had a very disappointing experience at this eye doctor's office. While the doctor was nice, but the the front desk staff -- especially the receptionist named Stephanie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me my PD (pupillary distance), claiming it's illegal in New York which is completely false. I looked it up, and NY law requires that patients receive their full prescription, PD included. This place clearly tries to scam patients by withholding info to force you into buying glasses from them. If you want honest, professional service, go somewhere else.
