My experience here was absolutely great. They accept my insurance, I took the eye exam there also. The doctor speak Spanish and English which is a plus and the asisten in the front is a very nice lady. They really help me that day.

Specially I really have a nice experience With the doctor and the front desk Berry Proffecional young lady she must be in her mind 25s years apart Any way I am a or berry satisfy customer For the fact that I always come to OPTICA LATINA if she don't have the Right ones she collaborate in that the customer are happy served she aand the doctor deserves to be paid the top Dollar why bcos this is my therd visit to OPTICA LATINA and I always buy something new she it deserves a 101% feedback on a 6 STAR from 5 STAR lolz god bless every ones

I stop by today because I broke my glasses the woman behind the counter Angie was super nice and helpful. She fixed my glasses in about five minutes and everything was affordable and professional! I highly recommend them !!

The girl at the front desk seems to always be overwhelmed and doesn't know how to work under pressure. She becomes impatient and rude. I think the store should hire someone else to help. I called the store to get a better understanding as to what my prescription is as I do not know the terms eye doctors use to indicate left eye and right eye well I googled it because the lady at the front said she had to many people in front of her to help me with the question I had , as if I wasn't also a customer she could of said can she give me a call back when the store was more empty to help me better understand the prescription they gave me so I can order my glasses that's customer service not making your customer feel like they are a bother this is the second time she has been dismissive and rude ... thanks to google I learned that OD means right eye OS left eye thank you google !

I do not recommend this place for contact's prescription. I pay for my contacts lenses exam and I got the prescription. The front lady told me they don't sells the contacts. I went to lens.com, 1-800 contacts and they told me my prescription is not valid because is not a contact prescription. I went back to the optic store and the same front lady with a very disrespectful attitude told me she wont help me and neither the doctor can help me. They didn't care I pay money for the prescription and that i couldn't get my contact lenses. Also, they don't pick up when the contact lenses company try to get in touch with them to verify the information. I have also bought glasses in the past and they are cheaply made. Stay away from this play is my only advice.

Just stopped by today and it was a walk in exam super friendly staff and the young girl at the front desk was very helpful ! Eye doctor was super kind as well and very informative of my prescription. Highly recommend if you are located in Yonkers

This place is so unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. I had to go back for a replacement and I had to wait 3 weeks for the glasses to arrive. I waited a week and decided to call back for updates and the "receptionist" stated I would get a call to pick up. I never got a call and when I would call, they wouldn't answer the call. I had to go myself and ask for them. When I went it was not busy at all. The glasses where already there so I don't understand why I did not get a call back. I didn't bother to argue because I knew it was going to be a waste of time. Point is, this place is horrible. Never again.

They have beautiful glasses, I love the girls that work here, but the owner / doctor is very disrespectful to his coworkers. He disrespect them in front of customer's smh.
