What a difference! I finally made the move thanks to my husband's friend referral. We've been missing so much! The service and atmosphere is great. The staff made us feel at home. We got lucky, from entering the store and being welcomed with the best positive attitude by Crissy who made us feel WELCOMED. To being walked down to Dr.Fernandez, who was so knowledgeable and interactive. She answered all my questions and more. My husband and I had a back to back appointment which made it that much more accommodating. After the fast and thorough process we were matched with Jessica. She is AMAZING! We had so much fun picking out many different options and getting her honest feedback. We picked our favorite frames and Jessica walked us through the process of picking out extra options. All in all, it was a breeze. Super positive. We walked out with a smile and couldn't believe we never knew of this gem. Thank you Raymond Opticians.

I love them. Been going here since I was 10 and now I'm 33. My go to place for everything eye related. They're pleasant, helpful and exemplify great customer service. I've had so many memories here and great experiences. I love picking out my glasses here because their selection aligns well with my style.

I had an appointment with Dr. Marques and she was wonderful. I have never had a doctor explain everything to me during an eye exam. She was friendly and very attentive. Definitely coming back to see her... Also Jannie was very helpful when selecting new frames. She was very patient and didn't rush me.

My first time having my eyes check on Raymond opticians yonkers. had wrong prescription even my ophthalmologist got it wrong,also pearle vision got it wrong. But the eye doctor at Raymond opticians got it right. Finally. Very Happy. Staff pleasant. The young lady who attended me. Was friendly and very attentive. Good service .

Found it in the web search and it's within my plan. They took good care of me. This is over two years now what one doctor said I had this doctor was better and gave me the correct vision and eyeglasses.

So many opticians operate on a basis of overcharging for every thing. And I am a very, very critical consumer. If things are overpriced or don't provide value, I open my big mouth and let people know at the business, my friends, and online. So it's amazingly shocking how much this store ( I don't know about other branches) does not, NOT operate that way. These people are simply wonderful. They are caring, sensitive, and want to do nothing but help, and they succeed. I had a problem with a pair of glasses we had bought at a different store, and no one wanted to deal with it or help me. Raymond Opticians on Tuckahoe not only helped (and saved my son -- they were his glasses --) from being almost blind for 2 weeks until a different pair arrived. That's right, a pair of glasses we had gotten from a different vendor, and after our insurance ordered a replacement pair that wouldn't arrive for weeks, Raymond repaired our son's last pair of glasses. And they did it for less than the cost of gas to drive to them! They are simply wonderful. They will have our business in the future, as they have earned it beyond compare. Please consider them for your own needs, as I believe anyone would feel incredibly happy at their service and professionalism.

We came here a few days ago to get frames for our daughter. The lady that assisted us was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She provided us with information about our insurance provider that we weren't aware of. We will definitely come back here.
