Excellent in service professionals. Cassandra has amazing patience attention and assistance. The voicemail of AI is very wanting. While seemingly helpful it requires that you stay on the phone longer and it is hard for her (I forgot her name) to pivot. Please keep the personal touch by embracing real people and not robots/chatbots. Human engaging is what we all need.

she was warm and friendly, interested in me as a person, and able to clearly and compassionately explain her diagnosis and what I can expect in the future

It involved 2 procedures and both went well.HOWEVER THE OFFICE IS TOO CROWDED !! YOU NEED TO WAIT AND is not NOT PLEASANT. I was signed in, in a timely fashion. When I was called, the person identified herself and stated the test she would be administering. She the took me into the Dr.'s office and asked medical questions pertinent to my visit. Shortly after, the Dr. arrived and greeted me. She asked about any changes I had noticed in my vision . Checked my eye pressure and discussed next visit. I was easily able to make a follow up visit.

I have to be honest and say that it usually takes a long time to be seen, but today something felt different. The staff were on point and once I was called, the entire visit, including dilation, was done in 30 minutes! A definite improvement in flow and expertise by the technicians as well! Hope it stays that way. As always, Dr. Voleti is very knowledgeable and friendly and am happy to have her as my ophthalmologist!
