Ultimate Spectacle

First off I want to say is do not come here! I was hesitant to come at first because this was one of only places that took my LOCAL 1-2 insurance for eye exams. I did the eye exam that took about 5 min and once I picked out glasses and paid for them I had the gut feeling that I made a mistake. The glasses were almost $500. So I went with my gut and immediately called the next morning to cancel the order. The girl in the front desk did not know anything about their policy on cancelling an order. So she put her manager on which gave me BS story on how the glasses are all ready being made and the order can't be canceled and the glasses will be ready in a couple of days. Two weeks go by and I finally get my glasses. Now this is the best part... my glasses (almost $500) came in a different brand case.. they couldn't put them in a bag... they didn't have a receipt for me and top of that I asked to see their cancellation policy and all I got was a paper that clearly was done a couple of days after I asked for one and probably done by the receptionist. Once again please do not come here horrible experience. If anyone has information on who owns this store please provide me with the information.

Came in for an eye exam for school for my sons. I was able to get an appointment right away, they took my insurance and the service was quick and my sons said they had a good experience.

I stopped in for an eye test for renewal of my drivers license , They are on a list for DMV As a vendor to do renewal eye test , I asked how much and i was asked for my insurance, I said i just want an exam for license they said 75.00 dollars , I looked it up and all other places charge 10-25 dollars , Beaware of this place

I went in to get lenses placed in these glasses I've had. Paid a half when I was there and haven't heard anything.Then passed by the store, no one was there, I reached out through email, and responded that there was a personal family emergency (understandable). Went back a few days later and again this location was closed. Business hours say's they open at 11am. Sent out yet another email to there Gmail and I have yet to get a reply. Also already reached out to then help desk and I am still waiting. I would not recommend this place. There's a lack of communication and customer service.

First time visit and I was a walk in appointment. Nice selection but not too many that it makes it so difficult to choose. First time getting glasses and Ilya was very knowledgeable and helpful and found a perfect pair for me. The entire process was so easy and my glasses will be ready on a couple of days. Convenient location with plenty of free parking, located on the 1st level of the newly opened Boyce Thompson Center.

Both the front desk and doctor were amazing. They took care of me in such a warm fashion. I have been looking for permanent eye care for a while and this will be it. They got my glasses made for me while I waited since I had an eye infection and couldn't put my contacts back in. Beautiful store. I recommend everyone go here for your eye care needs.

DO NOT come here!! The absolute worst place I've ever came to in my life. The receptionist needs to not take her personal issues out on clients. No charisma and seems annoyed 24/7. Everyone has an attitude here. Wasn't greeted nicely upon entrance by the receptionist or with the "Eye Doctor." Who tried to give me a blurry prescription btw LOL. Honestly save yourself some time and go somewhere with a nicer staff. Terrible place ! They should take some classes on customer service and not act like we are a nuisance. Will not come back here

I don't recommend coming here. When I received my prescription glasses they were too strong. I went back to them and they told me it was correct. I told them it isn't and they made me wait a week to try them out. After that I went back to them again and they decided to redo the prescription. So after almost a month I finally receive them. Btw the doctor only comes twice a week and she ended up taking a two week vacation during this whole mess. I'm really disappointed I was planning to keep coming here.
