Wow! I really enjoyed my eye appointment with Dr. Wilkins today! He is extremely professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I am so thankful that he takes his time during eye appointments to thoroughly explain everything and he addresses all your questions and concerns. If you're looking for an awesome Eye Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Wilkins!

This office was literally able to squeeze me in ASAP (which was the same day I called) I'm very thankful for that - they accepted my insurance, the front desk ladies were nice, the techs made the exam fun and the Doctor Optometrist was also very kind, understanding, friendly, and attentive. The sales people looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I left very happy because I got my prescription & new pair of glasses that I'm looking forward to.. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Exam went just fine. After finding frames I loved, I sat down to do all the measuring, etc. Mind you, I have insurance that covers the cost of the frames AND lenses. She told me that my portion was several hundred dollars and wouldn't order the glasses until I paid. After deciding I would have to call back to pay - I asked for a copy of my Rx and my measurements. Was told they absolutely would not give me MY measurements (explained I would still buy the stupid glasses, just wanted to order a cheap back-up pair online). Nope. Left without ordering. Went to Walmart vision center with my Rx. They measured me AND wrote the numbers down. Ordered a pair of glasses for almost $200 less without even filing insurance (make it make sense) and they will be ready in about a week. Will not be back. I am also aware of my benefits. I chose frames that were cheaper than what my plan Covered. I also had the most basic lenses (unless your office added things on that I did not approve or request). Regardless, I wasn't happy. The point of my review is to keep others informed.

Dr. Wilkins was 5 star, absolutely wonderful experience. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. I needed my first pair of eyeglasses. I had an exam and purchased a pair of Vera Wang frames for my glasses. The older lady, with medium length brown hair, that was to help me with my frames and lenses, was no help at all. She did the bare minimum. I told her it was my first time getting glasses, so I needed help. She offered no real helpful information and acted bothered to help me. She definitely was very cold and insensitive. Going forward, I will choose elsewhere for my eye exams and future purchases.

After spending over $700.00 for glasses thinking that they would do a good job, my glasses were made wrong 3 times. The last time I went in I was told that would be the last time they would work on them. I reminded them of their guarantee and the woman then apologized. I think they actually paid attention that time because the glasses were actually done right. It only took 2 months and a lot of aggravation and customer blaming to get it right. Little advice... Don't blame the customer for Your mistakes. My family and I will not be back. I recommend any potential customers to shop around first and read reviews before you go to this place.

First time here and saw Dr Wilkins. He is hands down best eye dr I have ever seen, takes time to explain what eye issues you have and what it does. Front desk staff and the staff that helps with glasses were all very kind! Would recommend to anyone looking a nice trustworthy doctor and office

Took my daughter to see Dr. Wilkins and he was truly amazing. He explained everything thoroughly way better than the first doctor I went to, actually performed tests and made me feel very comfortable with the treatment plan. He definitely knows what he is doing, he's very knowledgeable. I highly recommend everyone to go to him. I definitely am going to make my appointment for myself!
